My iPhone 6+ finally arrived! Returned the regular iPhone 6 I had to suffer throughout the weekend with and I am finally using a real man's phone! ;)

I bet you were really suffering hardcore... suffering so much you had to come back here and gloat ;)

If the Apple Store is shipping in 3-4 wks, do you think I would get a phone sooner? Or do you think tmobile will ship out before 6 weeks? Any unsubstantiated opinions would be welcome.

My UPS has been like this since 7am this morning... Wtf? Still no phone.

Shouldn't we be pointing the finger at Apple for not supplying enough phones?

I said the same thing a couple days ago but ppl on here got ******** (apple fanboys) and said that if Tmobile would have handled it better it would be ok. but at the end of the day like i said before Apple is the one who manufactures the phones.. not tmobile! JUST SAYIN!

I'm no Apple fan boy, I just like some of their product, if that makes sense. I agree that Apple is 'partly' to blame. They have purposely made 'low' capacity phones scarce! (I have no proof but suspect it). And Tmo just porridge'd the delivery service.

Apples' tactics + Tmo's incompetent service = many unhappy customers.

Honestly, I think T-Mobile should put all orders on hold until all current orders are fulfilled. People who order for the first time as late as Friday are getting their phones before those who order on the 12th.

Right now, I do think supply has a lot to do with this and that is in Apple's control. However, the initial screw up was on T-Mobile's part and phones that should have went to those of us who pre-ordered are in someone else's possession right now.

I think you'll get your tmobile phone first... I would guess that the 6 week figure is simply them learning to under-promise.

Of course, depending on whether you're doing jump/eip or full price, you could hedge your bet by placing an apple store order. That's what I did -- let's see which arrives first.

I sure hope my phone doesn't have to through Indianapolis. If it does, I'm guessing I won't get it tomorrow. It's been sitting in Louisville since Saturday 5am like many of us here.

I doubt the phone has been sitting there. I believe they create the label anticipating it will be on the next couple of planes. Most likely, your phone wasn't on a plane as expected, or the plane was delayed.

aye, I'm so angry as to agree to such drastic measure...
TMO is loving the 'NEW CUSTOMER' as it seems... JUMP priority is BS.
I see them treating 'NEW CUSTOMERS' as their own child
I see them treating 'JUMP CUSTOMERS' as red headed step child

FOCKERS.

I bought non jump on eip but I don't mind paying in full. The closest apple and tmobile stores are an hour away, otherwise I would just keep trying to find one in stock. I wonder if I can try to find one at a Verizon store?

My order has said "pending shipment" since last Thursday. How long should I expect it to be in this stage?

2 - 128GB iPhone Plus Gold

Yep. Friend came over from Verizon on Thursday and ordered a 128GB Plus. Got it today. Tell me that is not totally F'ed!

What's F'ed is all you Jump customers getting your phone before the NEW customers that ordered 9/12 early AM. I put my order in at 4:20am and still have NO phones. Brand new customer no jump. EIP signed within the minute. Bought 2 phones this weekend at Apple and just going to unlock and switch.

Just got a call from exec team, he said 6 weeks. I tried to find out if I can switch to a different phone configuration in plus to get one sooner and he said all were back ordered and there's no way to tell what might come sooner. He gave me a credit on my account and many, many apologies.

So. It will be awhile I guess.

When did you order?

As a new AND jump customer, I'd have to disagree..

I've heard nothing since the day after I placed my order. Tomorrow will be a full week. (see sig)

OMG! this is like the millionth example that correlates to my conspiracy!
That is exactly why they are offering us the 'CREDITS'. Tmos' tactic is to hold us hostage with some 'bill credits' and rear in the 'NEW CUSTOMER'. To them forking up some 'bill credits' is just a 'business write off'. 'NEW CUSTOMER' gain is far more lucrative!!!

No matter the constraint many of us should have heard something by now... Apple is delivering and TMO should know when...

TMO is just cashing in on NEW CUSTOMERS. If you were new would you keep your order if it had inventory on hand? or say 'forget' it and move on? This explains why we/existing customers' orders were kept on being pushed to the back of the line...

They are reserving the latest inventory for the NEW CUSTOMERS!

FOCKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You: I wish I could take your word for it but I've heard so many different stories. Can you tell if my order is partially or fully backordered?

Jan S: It is not on back order Nick. There were confusions regarding the status of the order but I do promise you that you should receive it within 9/22-9/30.

It's funny how everything I've ordered is just sitting on the table waiting for my iPhone to get here. I'll give them until the 30th. The could at lease pre authorize my card to show some traction. I'm going to order another case and see which one gets here first.

9/16 is kinda late... I dunno,,, how many lines did you open? There may be other factors...

come on, play along...:D
you sure you not a mold TMO has hired to calm us down? :D

So, call me insane but I cancelled my initial preorder that I placed on 9/12. I went to the T-mo store on Sunday and made a brand new order. Was told by the rep that I'll take UP to 6 weeks. Don't mind waiting given what I had been through since the preorder debacle. Let me see if I get my phone before the ones who preordered. That would really suck if I do.

Haha, I wish that were the case. Then I'd be able to find out where my damn phone is! I've only opened one line though. Just me.

And existing customers who don't pay the Jump extortion are living under the stairs with Harry Potter.
