So that should be close to a million phones in flight.

Supposedly there are 300000 phones in a plane so there 1.5 million phones coming towards us lets hope for the best

I hate to say it, but I think I've been institutionalized.

I don't want this pre-order madness to end, and when I get my phone, I think I'm going to sell it on e-bay and order another one, and then I can hang out another 4-6 weeks.

If that phone arrives late October, I can sell it, and order one additional time.

And hopefully in the end, with all the profits I make, my phone will be free...

That would be the good result. Another possible result is I would regress genetically like in the movie altered states, periodically experiencing involuntary spontaneous devolution.

well ups my choice tells me the phone is coming tomorrow. That's as official as its going to get....can't wait.

Saw an article that said two planes carried about 600000 phones. That said, it would take 13 planes to cover all the pre-orders. Does anyone know the amount of flights that have landed so far? I would think there would have had to have been more than 8. I would think this shipment would cover Wednesday shipments for Thursday overnights? I know we aren't getting all of those phone but a good chunk should be coming our way.

If there are 600k on 2 plans then 1.5 million phones will be touching down in Louisville around midnight. There has to be some 64gb SG iPhone 6 plus on there right?

Agreed, I will also add that despite receiving my tracking number on sunday I have not received my iPhone 6+ and there is no activity on the tracking number. T-Mobile really knows how to **** it up by the numbers.

i think im just going to go with verizon with a new line and cancel it when i get the tmo phone , if i do it this way, i can have a new shiny ip6+ tomorrow

Kinda good news...

T-Mobile sales rep says they've received more phones and to expect my phone on "the 27th or 28th".

He also said that any orders placed 9/19 or later should receive their phones 9 days after the order is placed.

So take that for whatever it's worth. I'm just glad to finally have some kind of delivery date. One more week...

Couldn't agree more! And this happens to me every two years until I forget about it in the midst of usual mundane life. Damn, this thing has become like a festivity, that comes every two years, gets all excited and then everything goes back to being boring again
