I'm talking to an executive right now. We are emailing each other back and forth. I'm surprised he's responding right away
 
Been on the phone with T-Mobile for over an hour. I've been transferred 4 times. Each person can't find my order and they all tell me "Orders don't start with a letter" (Mine starts with an S)

I just want this resolved. Obviously if they can't find my order, it was never put through. I've had no charges or authorizations. All I've gotten are measly texts and recycled verbage from the Customer Service people.

I just want them to reinstate my Jump! eligibility so I can use it to get the phone in-store. How hard is that? It's obvious that they can see that I used my Jump! for SOMETHING on the 14th. They can see that I signed an EIP agreement for an iPhone 6. I'm so beyond annoyed at this whole situation and constantly getting the runaround. Every day that goes by, I get more and more annoyed.
 
Haven't there been a lot more than 13 planes though? Seems like there are 5 every night. Then the preorders should have all been filled by now.

You would have to think there were. Stores still got stock for walk ins as well. After the initial 4 million pre-order number I'm sure many more were filled.

Only account specialist can check JUMP orders. Make sure you ask for them.

Don't be so sure. I signed my EIP's on the 13th and was told my orders were cancelled because they weren't signed. I had to sign them to complete the freaking order! I just got texts after that and no emails. Check your order status on my t-mobile. Luckily I had saved my texts to send to Legere. My Jump was already cancelled as well but by then I just figured I'd trade in my phones.
 
So how many people have had their phone ship without a charge first?
Just kinda wondering how screwed I am right now lol. No charge/backordered/9-22 to 9-30 text/ etc

I have a copy of my accepted EIP agreement in my e-mail. My order still says on My Tmobile that it's "backordered", despite the fact that people who ordered the same exact phone on the 18th already have theirs. THAT is what upsets me. Everything is all caught up and stuck in limbo. I just want it fixed.
