T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Finally got my phone... Now... how do I activate it? :eek:

Sorry, Android user here, I haven't had an iPhone in years.

Haven't there been a lot more than 13 planes though? Seems like there are 5 every night. Then the preorders should have all been filled by now.

Wasn't the 13 planes enough to cover all preorders? So a lot of phones that have shipped were not sold to preorders? I suppose that makes sense with all the store stock.

I called CS and they have no reason why. So i asked for a supervisor and they don't know why either. As someone in a similar boat, I hope T-Mobile doesn't continue to screw people over. Waiting 6-8 weeks for a phone is one thing- crappy website (alienating JUMP! customers), then "prioritizing" JUMP! (alienating non-JUMP! customers), followed by random cancelled orders (unacceptable) is a sorry way to conduct business.
 
thinking of taking break, will be back after i get shipping notice. tired with constant checking, its not that we are getting phone for free or something.

Even if you get your shipping update, it won't be any easier. MANY of us have been stuck on this "update" for over 24 hours now...

Lol I wanna applaud the thread! We've done a great job deciphering all the ******** from Tmobile! hahaha i think we could totally fix all the worlds problems on this thread!! lol
 
I'm calling it a day, folks. More refreshing tomorrow. Glad I have some kind of expected ship date now.
