FML Ok now i'm way passed pissed, i called CS again to make sure it was a Jump order and guess what, the idiot at the store did it as an upgrade so i was basically told it was 3 more weeks til i can get my phone, and then when i got my phone i would still have to pay the remaining on my 5s, why in the hell would i pay for jump to do an upgrade, really, then he told me he would change my order to jump and bill me the remaining balance of my 5s and when i shipped my phone back they would give me the credit, f that, like i really trust them to fix my order after all this bs, so i just cancelled my order, yeah i get to start over, so any suggestions on what to do? I heard Apple can do tmobile upgrades. or take my chances in a tmobile store.

So... Finally got mine yesterday, LATE around 8 pm.

Ordering Specs:
iPhone Plus, 64GB Gold
New JUMP customer, added with purchase.
Ordered a bit before 8 am Saturday, 9/13
Label Created Thursday, Picked up Friday night, Shipped Satruday, Delivered Monday night.

I really hope everyone get's their's soon!

Congrats! But a Saturday order... A whole day before a lot of us. Woof. This is getting stupid now.
 
Just based in what I've read here, it seems only some Apple stores can do Jump orders. Someone correct me if I'm recalling incorrectly. Call the ones near you and ask.

What phone/color/config. did you order!

I called the one near me and they said yes. I'm guessing it's select stores that do it
 
Mine is sitting on my front porch. Being at work is killing me. :mad:

I think if it were me, I'd be getting big-time flu-like symptoms, and strictly out of concern about not wanting to pass it on to my coworkers, I'd leave early.
 
I finally received a call from the Executive Team. Basically, the same ol, same ol. Everything is back ordered....we understand your order was placed on 9/12 at 5:47am....You are a priority to us....blah blah blah. She did credit my account for $100 for the pre order issues...Also stated that those with the 9/12 order dates should start to see their devices ship. "There was a mishap in order disbursement, and some orders were filled out of sequence of order placement."

I know this is not much information, nor different than what most have already stated. I thought I would share my .02 :confused:

Actually, I think it may be the first we've heard them admit they screwed up the order priority.

I tried ordering Friday, but the site just wouldn't let me. I didn't have the time to sit and refresh, re-order, etc.

I honestly think waiting helped. The site wasn't as bogged down with too much traffic. I had one minor hiccup, but it was a much smoother process. I believe T-Mobile screwed a lot of you guys because their systems couldn't handle.

Filled out of sequence... So you know, screw us and pre-ordering because it was useless XD

By the end of this we're all gonna be a family :')

No excuse as to why you still don't have your shiny new phone.
 
They can do an EIP or Jump upgrade?

I specifically asked if they do JUMP upgrades and just not regular upgrades and he said yea. They do AT&T and T-Mobile. He wasn't sure about Verizon

I got my credit and I'm getting charges dropped for the down payment of the phone and over night shipping

If this helps, my wife's iPhone 6 was charged last Tuesday afternoon PT, shipping label was created 3pm Wednesday, shipped Thursday & delivered Friday. This might happen for us.

Hers is an iPhone 6 16gb order 4pm 9/12 using JUMP! ordered 20 min after my 6+

I prefer a leather flip-cover myself, no screen protector. I've had one on my current phone for over 3 years, just startng to show wear, and not a scratch on my phone.
 
Not a damn thing. No tracking, charges, zilch.

Nothing new here either unfortunately. As long as my order isn't LOST, I'm ok. I think having an order backordered is still better than ordering now. Also looks like the 6+'s being fulfilled are gold.

Went out and bought a case for it today. Still excited for some news!

Got a label for my router too but no movement either.

I AGREE 100%. THEY HAVE F'd A LOT OF US FILLING ORDERS PLACED AFTERWARDS.

I'm tired of not seeing a damn charge, no update, nothing.. They should upgrade my Plus to 64 GB and give me a gift card to an expensive steak house for my troubles.

Just went to a Tmo, I was under the impression that I had to buy my own Nano card since my current POS droid uses a micro.. Turns out they ship with sims. Any who saw a Plus in person. Beautiful.. I heard so many day it's too big.. I don't understand them and I can't use a regular after seeing that Retina screen.. GORGEOUS.

I have used the Hero Tempered Glass for the iPhone 5 and it saved my screen from breaking about a 3 foot drop on asphalt.

They don't have anything for the 6 Plus, so I will get another brand from Amazon. ZAGG Invisible Shield has one for the 6 Plus.

I'm in the wacky-giddy group even without my phone. I'll be out of town on Thursday- so maybe my Murphy's Law type of luck will mean my phone will show up then :)

Still nothing after the texts/emails stating Friday delivery. I did get a bill credit. Now I sit in limbo.

I too, don't know how I'll fill my time after I get my phone - might have to keep coming back to show support until the last person gets their phone - unless that's me. haha. le siiiiigh :cool:
