Just go off the phone with an executive and she told me that since I ordered on the 12th and am a Jump customer that my phone was on partial back order. She said that I should get it before the 30th assuming they get the next batch in stock. She was very sorry that she could not do anymore for me. She also said they are looking into how certain people got phones out of order, she is not sure how it happened but said they want to learn from the mistake. Overall, I am glad she called to put me at ease and subside my anger. Here is to hoping that the phone comes in sooner rather than later.
