Well from the people that also got charged weren't they all 16gb phones as well?
I caved. Finally fed up, I went to the store and cancelled my jump upgrade. They were able to do it, which is nice. It takes 24 hours (up to) to go through, but I finally had enough.

Im in the same exact spot. Ordered a 16GB 6+ Silver on 9/12, however, I preordered mine around 5PM CST. I got the 9/22-9/30 text. Card still hasnt been charged yet, checked about 5 min ago, still holding out hope.
If you got charged, then you WILL get your phone this week. It's illegal to charge for nothing.
So my phone went from ZhengZhou, China and arrived in Incheon, Korea, Republic

people who just got charged within the last hour let me know the color and size that you ordered and when you ordered it and the text messages you got. we are gonna try to figure out if theres any similarities in ppl getting charged.

This right here if my situation to the dot. i ordered at 5pm as well lol. same phone and everything.
I'm with you. Tmo doesn't have any idea what they're doing at this moment. They're just spitting out phones to random peaps, spitting out random texts, printing random labels, and charging random cards.. Too many things are moving and there's no real direction being taken.
I got two UPS labels for the router although I only ordered one.
one label scheduled for Monday(yesterday) , one scheduled for today, none of them arrived.
Yeah just realized I posted in the wrong thread... but if anyone does know how long it takes to get from Korea, that'd be great haha. It's approaching 7:30am over there now, so I imagine they'll be sending it out sometime this morning (their time)

After reading all the posts from today it's seems that the people who received their phones today are on the Gold 6 plus 64GB list and those who are getting charged are Silver 6 plus 16GB customers
I see 4 more planes are leaving Alaska headed to Louisville in the next couple hours, hopefully it's more 64GB Gold pluses on one of those planes lol
I didn't order until the 19th and was told to expect my phone in 10-14 days so I'm not expecting my phone until then.
When I did my order in store on the 19th they had a list with expected wait times on it .I was told the 16 and 64 gig SG pluses would take the longest(3 to 4 weeks)
I asked which plus would I get the fastest and she said the 128GB Gold. said I would have it by the 30th at the latest
Asked her what about the 64GB Gold plus and she said around 10-14 days(29th-Oct. 3rd) so I went with that one because I don't really need 128gigs
The manager at the T-mobile store who told me this is a friend that I've known since the 4th grade who has no reason to lie to me

I used to get excited for the planes till someone rained on my parade saying that the planes are just general UPS not all are carrying any phones. When 6 planes came in the other evening and no one got a update for 1.5-2days. 🙁
Hate to repeat myself but if you ordered on the 12th and still have not received a tracking number your order is most likely hosed. Check your card and see if the order is pending. If not cancel your order. The system crashed hard last week and there was a server copy.

At least you can track yours all the way. Orders from T-mobile are only tracked from Louisville depending what falls off the plane and when.
You can still watch the planes and try and figure which one your phone is on.

Everything on my 12th order looks fine. Robo woman acknowledges it. I don't see how because I have not been charged mine is hosed.

Yeah... idk how accurate that is. I think people who ordered on the 12th are still ok if you haven't gotten a call that its cancelled.
