So I just got a tracking number. Finally. I was one that ordered a 6 plus 16gb SG so early on the 12th that it showed the 11th on my order summary. Did the whole email to john and got a call from his corporate office and all. Said I would be updated periodically and they would call me personally when my order shipped. That was early yesterday. Lo and behold today my shipping number was created for my order but ups is stil waiting for shipment to send it off. So only label created so far. Hopefully another day or two and it'll be here. Tmobile seriously screwed up Thai process especially those early orders with the 6 plus!
 
So I ordered a 6+ SG 64gb on 9/17. Order still shows as "being processed". Not surprised as it is apparently the "gold phone" of this release. Card not charged only authorized. No UPS tracking reference number and no text message beyond the you will receive an update in 1-2 business days.

Then yesterday, 9/23, I ordered my wife the regular 6 SG 64gb. Order shows as being processed and not charged by the card, but UPS shows a tracking number based on her reference number. She also got upgraded to next day air, which I had asked for ground. I think it's because they are being drop shipped and they need to clear the warehouse for the next orders. Frustrates me because I now have to find an otterbox like case for my accident prone wife. Also, because I payed extra for my phone and it looks like that was not needed.

Anyway... there is my story. I am not in a rush just hanging out watching everything. Sorry those having issues. I was going to do it on the website on the 12th but I waited, mainly because I was in a contest for an iPhone 6 at work which I had pretty good odds at winning. I did end up winning the Apple Store card for a regular 16gb 6 but I wasn't aware I could use my Jump! at the Apple Store. Would have gotten them last Friday if I knew. Oh well. BTW both phones were Jump!.
 
I'm surprised people who ordered on the 12th didn't get their phones yet. I called them and asked for the status of my other 2 iPhone 6 plus orders and they said it's being shipped tomorrow. I already received one of them on Monday. I ordered on the 16th in the store
 
I used to get excited for the planes till someone rained on my parade saying that the planes are just general UPS not all are carrying any phones. When 6 planes came in the other evening and no one got a update for 1.5-2days. :(


They are UPS, but given the origination of those planes going from China to Anchorage to Louisville, they are carrying a lot, if not all, Apple products, not just phones, and not just for T-Mobile.

I don't know how it was set up to track iPhones, but those planes likely have some iPhones on them, and it's still fun to watch.

Oh, and my theory on those 6 planes is they went to stock all the stores (especially Apple, of course) and TMO preorders got shelved.

I'm seriously thinking about canceling my order, waiting for my Jump to refresh and ordering the 64GB 6 plus. Especially if I don't have any movement by tomorrow.
 
Does anyone know if I would put my 9/12 order at risk if I went ahead and placed a new order for a 128GB SG Plus? I'd be paying full price for both - I'm getting concerned that my 9/12 64GB SG Plus order is borked.
 
Hey everyone. I've been lurking this thread for the last 400 pages or so, so I feel like a brother in arms here, but I figured it's time for me to check in. I ordered a silver 6+ 16g (a jump upgrade) on the 15th around noon in store. I knew they were running out, so I braced myself for the long haul, but when I got the email and text on Wednesday (the 22-30th), I got my hopes up, and now all I've done for the last week is refresh this forum furiously. I haven't had any additional communication, no charges to my card, no tracking from tmobile or ups, and my order status has been in "being processed" status since day one.

My fingers have been crossed so long at this point I've lost feeling.

Anyway, I don't really have anything new to add to the discussion. Just checking in.

Would it be under another line on your account? cuz if it is then your ok. If its not then they could cancel your first one. =/
 
You wanna know why this isn't "fun" anymore....this is why.

No reason to be told they don't have 'stock" when continously its people after me before me. And if I'm in fact one of the earlier orders that are the "top of the queue" why aren't I ahead of these people I keep seeing being charged and shipped? Its seriously ****ed.

30 planes can land right now and I don't trust tmo as far as I can throw them that my order will be processed, because clearly I'm not "at the top".
 
Hey guys. I have been reading everyone's issues for a while now and thought I would finally post.

Ordered 9/12 around 11PM EST
(1) iPhone 6 Gold 64GB
(1) iPhone 6 Plus Space Grey 64GB
The ONLY notification I have received is an email on 9/13 letting me know that my order is back ordered. No texts, tracking number or further emails.
I have spoken to multiple T-Mobile Reps and have been told I would get the phones on 9/19,9/22,9/23,9/30 and 6 weeks (Twice). I don't know what to believe at this point. As all of you I am VERY frustrated! Especially when hearing that people who ordered after me are getting theirs before me. My order is listed as "Being Processed" on the T-Mobile website and every time I try and check my order status I get an error message.
I can only hope that being told 6 weeks is them trying to cover their ass and really we will be getting SOME kind of good news soon.

I haven't gotten any charge on my card yet... I ordered on the 12th 6+ 64gb space gray....-sigh- this is annoying.

Well as you guys know my card was charged about an hour ago! So i called CS and told them i had been charged and to check my order status. It is still backordered but instead of telling me i was 6 weeks out he said 4 to 7 days. IDk how true that is but I'm gonna try to call again to see if i get the same answer.

Yeah just realized I posted in the wrong thread... but if anyone does know how long it takes to get from Korea, that'd be great haha. It's approaching 7:30am over there now, so I imagine they'll be sending it out sometime this morning (their time)

That's hilarious this is the first I noticed its tmobile.com and not simply tmobile thread.

Ah, who cares I still have to deal with tmobile, lol

But I did order from Apple.com.

mine didn't take that route, it went from Zheng Zhou to Shanghai...where it stayed a day and a half, and then to Osaka Japan, Anchorage, Louisville, where it lost another day....and is now in Nashville ready to go on the truck tomorrow.

I lost two days from the original delivery estimate.
 
why is it that one agent tells me 6 weeks and another tells me 7 days max -__- then some sht about prioritized................(prioritized my ass):mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
