Hey guys. I have been reading everyone's issues for a while now and thought I would finally post.

Ordered 9/12 around 11PM EST
(1) iPhone 6 Gold 64GB
(1) iPhone 6 Plus Space Grey 64GB
The ONLY notification I have received is an email on 9/13 letting me know that my order is back ordered. No texts, tracking number or further emails.
I have spoken to multiple T-Mobile Reps and have been told I would get the phones on 9/19,9/22,9/23,9/30 and 6 weeks (Twice). I don't know what to believe at this point. As all of you I am VERY frustrated! Especially when hearing that people who ordered after me are getting theirs before me. My order is listed as "Being Processed" on the T-Mobile website and every time I try and check my order status I get an error message.
I can only hope that being told 6 weeks is them trying to cover their ass and really we will be getting SOME kind of good news soon.

Weird, I ordered an iPhone 6 Gold in store on Sunday the 21st, and it's had a tracking number since yesterday. The person in store said that if you place separate orders, you'll get everything faster than having two items on one order. I think when you have multiple phones on one order, they try to complete the entire order or not at all.
 
It was actually possible to become more depressed.

So if I didn't get the 9/22-9/30 text, but I got the 9/19 texts, does that mean my phone will not arrive by the 30th?
 
Well as you guys know my card was charged about an hour ago! So i called CS and told them i had been charged and to check my order status. It is still backordered but instead of telling me i was 6 weeks out he said 4 to 7 days. IDk how true that is but I'm gonna try to call again to see if i get the same answer.

Hey, that's the first time I've heard the 4-7d timeframe for someone other than me! I got that from @tmobilehelp, but then that was obliterated by my ERT call, who told me "up to 4 weeks." But I was 4-7d w/o a charge though.

I'm sure everyone is waiting for the 6 Plus here but I just ordered my phone on Sunday 9/21 and my iPhone 6 64gb Space Grey just shipped about 30 min ago (that's when I got the text).

Well shipping was created according to UPS. I should be getting it by Friday if I'm lucky! :)
 
Walked into a T-Mobile store on 19th and ordered 128GB SG Plus. No EIP, no Jump. I was warned it would be 3-4 weeks before I'd see it. Out of morbid curiosity, I started reading this thread, and learned about the free router. I had no idea that was even on offer. I just called 611 and within 2 mins, was connected to a lady who ordered it for me.

I emailed Legere last night and got a response from Jessica who is sending my info to someone else to track down. Yeahhhhhhh riiiiiight.

What's really odd is that I became a new t-mobile customer on the 19th. I keep looking at my t-mobile account and it says my payment due date is October 20th, even though I have a zero balance. Today that changed to October 12th, then back to the 20th. Looked just now and it's back to the 12th with a balance of $92.

Color me confused.

As I was leaving work earlier I got an email from UPS (': it says estimated delivery tomorrow! Was on the verge of canceling my order just on principle alone, bc I preordered so early and waited what feels like FOREVER with no info, other than the 9/19 text and email which clearly didn't happen.

Tmo still says I'm backordered etc, but they're a mess

ugh. I hope not. There's a couple of us 9/19 text people left. The t-mobile exec guy swore up and down that I was part of the first priority group (which I'm guessing are those people that got the 9/19 text), yet all these people with 9/22-30 texts seeing movement. My order is in an abyss.
 
Never mind, pre order cancel has been... Cancelled. Can't cancel the jump upgrade! Arrrrrrrrhhhhhh!!! This is just getting silly now.

Everything on my 12th order looks fine. Robo woman acknowledges it. I don't see how because I have not been charged mine is hosed.

I didn't say if you have not been charged. I said if the charge is pending. That is just one check. Some people that ordered on the 12th will obviously get their phones.

I ordered a 128GB SG 6 and a 64GB Gold 6 on the 13th 8AM. The system cancelled out that order. Placed order again and process went entirely differently. Emails instead of texts, the charge went to my card immediately and is in "pending" status. Tracking number within two business days.

Friend order a 128GB SG 6+ on Thursday. Phone was delivered yesterday.

After I re-ordered on Friday, I received emails with signed copy of EIP, my transaction was "Processed" (email), Congrats on your new phone email, and finally tracking number today.

Your orders may be processed but I have a gut feeling that these will take more time for T-Mobile to go through as there were issues. The system seemed to be working properly by last Friday.

Email Legere and have the exec team work it out for you. I know it's easy to stay mad, and I am still irked, but work with them and give them a chance to work it out so you don't cut off your nose to spite your face.

how does ups my choice work ? does it just use my adress to find my packages can i use it with no tracking number ???
