Does anyone who ordered a 6+ 64gb Gray on Friday 9/12 with a regular upgrade - not JUMP - have a delivery date in their order detail? I don't, and I ordered at 8:30am EST with Expedited Delivery. Anyone?

No chance you get it 9/18

How can we be sure yet? No one's actually been sent theirs yet and Tmobile's been bugged since Friday.

I ordered two 6+'s through JUMP! on Friday, one early morning and one early afternoon. Both ETAs are 9/15 using Expedited UPS shipping. Truth is no one actually knows yet what's going to happen tomorrow since it's a buisness day. Hopefully we'll have more knowledge about this situation by Tuesday at the latest.

So what a CS rep told me is that their internal documents just got updated and the ones who ordered with over night shipping on the 12th have priority over people who ordered with Jump! Anytime after that :D!

I just called and the rep said T-Mobile is contacting apple trying to get more stock so they can accommodate all of the orders made on the 12th and 13th. In general I think they don't know.

I ordered at 6:52 CST and don't have an estimated delivery date.

iPhone 6

That sounds good... Better than most at the very least.

When did you order and was it through JUMP! ?

i ordered at 7am on the 12th no jump usually pay my phone off in months so no purpose of having jump for me i know i won't receive my phone on that date but i will complain cause they shouldn't have gave me a date just saying hopefully i get it on the 19th

I am sure all carriers are working with Apple to get more stock to accommodate all the orders made.

i just want my phone on the 19th not after

If Tmobile wants to pull this thing back they should offer a free 6-12 months of JUMP! or something along those lines to regular cusomters that preordered on Friday. If they've already made a point about prioritizing JUMP! customers then why not use that to their advantage?

The main reason T-Mobile is letting people who used jump skip ahead of everyone else is because their system wouldn't let anyone using jump to process an order which is unfortunate. One they fixed their system they had to make it up to jump customers. It's unfortunate for all you poor schmoes who don't hate jump but blame T-Mobile for having a messed up system.

Why would you complain when it clearly states "Estimated Delivery Date." That means it's an estimate, which is subject to change, and is in no way a guaranteed delivery date.

I think it can be said by now that no one on CS knows what the *** is going on. I don't see it as their fault, I see it as the fault of higher command not being transparent and giving live updates for people to follow. I reckon most people we talk to from CS are just repeating what other people in their centre have told them or what little information they're being told on their information document and what not.

Heck I wouldn't be surprised if half of the CS people are making up information to put people at rest or repeating false advice from others in the call centre.

Doubt it will happen before launch. Apple has to writer about their own orders and in store sales before they writer about carriers

im not complaining just wish tmobile would handle the situation better for everybody

Yea slim and none. No one is getting an iPhone a day before launch

It happens every launch. A few lucky stiffs get theirs a day or even 2 early. With as completely screwed up as T-Mobile is and what a debacle this pre-order has been, I wouldn't be surprised to see more than ever getting their phones early.

I was under the impression that Apple asked UPS and FedEx to hold certain iPhone orders so that they get there on the release date... Maybe that's just for Apple Store orders though -- because I want my phone ASAP!

Really though I'm more concerned about sending my old JUMP! phones back to T-Mobile in time (I think I've got another 27-28 days to do so?)... Yes, I would like my phones on launch to play with them and use them but I'm going to be more pissed off about being charged something because I couldn't send my phone back in time. If that's the case, it's their fault that they couldn't send my phone in time since they promised me priority. I can't exactly go for more than two days without a phone that can access my emails and such.

That's the main reason I'm happy about JUMP! priority, I get a better chance of sending my old phone back in time without being fined or what not.

I think you meant "worry" when typing "writer," but Apple is making the same amount of money whether it goes to carriers or their store. Apple will be allocating iPhones for carriers while also doing so for their store, just like they do every year.

My main point in that comment was pointing out that T-Mobile is in the same position as every other carrier. I doubt Apple will give T-Mobile any priority over AT&T and Verizon.
