Someone bring on the proof. Because if it's true I'm liking it quite a bit!

Call them yourselves and see if these internal "documents" got updated.

Because the CS rep told me literally 15 minutes ago when I called them is when they got updated.

So what a CS rep told me is that their internal documents just got updated and the ones who ordered with over night shipping on the 12th have priority over people who ordered with Jump! Anytime after that :D!

Considering I'm a JUMP! customer who used JUMP! twice for two phones with Overnight shipping for both early on the 12th, I hope that means good news

You're in a great spot. I'm actually quite jealous.

Even though i'm a jump customer I decided to order over the phone with a CS rep and they set it all up for me. But what the CS rep decided not to tell me was that you can't do your Jump! Upgrade over the phone! How great!

That's is ****ed up im sorry to hear that. They did really seem to drop the ball with this pre-order.

COME ON. I ordered on the 12th and my order didn't process until the 13th. Can they tell when I placed the order, and is that what they go off of?

Yup.

$10 extra a month and I didn't even get a chance to use it. I switched over to T-Mobile about a few months ago because I got really tired of AT&T. I got Jump just for this launch >.> oh well. I ordered on the 12th at 3AM San Francisco time with the highest shipping available and the CS actually gave me credit for overnight shipping [($24.99) thanks T-Mobile for that actually].... So hopefully these "documents" are correct....Because the rep "promised" me I will get my phone on the 19th...So hopefully this is true and if it's not i'm actually going to be pretty upset >.>.

EDIT: Also i'm still not getting an estimated shipping date!

When did you order? I ordered this morning and I have delivery date of 9/25/14. My CC has only been charged $1 to see if it is valid and when I'm charged the full amount I'll know it is ready to ship.

I ordered yesterday morning. I'm a new customer and it would not give me a delivery date. I called tmobile thinking I would not get my phone for quite awhile, but the rep told me the week after launch. I'm good either way.....a week a month I'll get it when I get it.

When did you sign your EIP or did you pay in full?

Well I'm a non jump customer who bought the 5s outright last year. I still don't have a estimated shipping or delivery date. But I got my order in just before 7am CST.

My mom went in store and preordered after I couldn't get through at 3 AM ET, they forgot to tell her that she needed to check her email to sign the EIP. I looked on my order status and was "Pending EIP approval". Im a first time customer, switched on 9/11, and so I thought that was something on their end. I called t-mo twice, and BOTH CS reps said that it was fine, I didn't have to do anything. Finally, I decided to check my mom's email on the morning of the 13th when my status hadn't changed from EIP pending. This makes me mad that THREE people didn't mention this to me.

Now, I;m hearing the difference between the 12th and 13th could mean a 6 week wait for me, because all JUMPers get to cut in line in front of me. Terrible first impression. Just awful by T-Mobile,

Did you get your 5S on release date?

I hope this is accurate. I ordered on the 12th and choose next day. That means I should get mine.

I ordered on the 13th using jump and next day delivery. I have a delivery date of 9/20 via email and text message

I really hope the claim about people who ordered on the 12th with the 24.99 shipping option getting theirs on release day is true. I ordered as a new customer on the 12th somehow before the site worked for anybody else, so I had to be one of the first orders.

If Tmobile wants to pull this thing back they should offer a free 6-12 months of JUMP! or something along those lines to regular cusomters that preordered on Friday. If they've already made a point about prioritizing JUMP! customers then why not use that to their advantage?
