Like I said T-Mobile messed up big time with the preorder and it looks like no jumpers are going to suffer. Lucky for me I used jump

Someone bring on the proof. Because if it's true I'm liking it quite a bit!

I wouldn't trust anything one of their reps had to say, but it will be interesting to see what happens. I placed a non-Jump order with overnight shipping on 9/12 at 3:30AM within the first minute that the iPhone 6 showed up on their site with overnight shipping. I placed another Jump! order yesterday in a store with overnight shipping. We will see which one gets here first. :)

Well... Come to think of it the only other device I pre-ordered using JUMP! was a Galaxy S5 which came on release date nice and early in the morning. Just hoping they get their stuff together soon and actually give some real dates and some explanations.

I was under the impression that Apple asked UPS and FedEx to hold certain iPhone orders so that they get there on the release date... Maybe that's just for Apple Store orders though -- because I want my phone ASAP!

Really though I'm more concerned about sending my old JUMP! phones back to T-Mobile in time (I think I've got another 27-28 days to do so?)... Yes, I would like my phones on launch to play with them and use them but I'm going to be more pissed off about being charged something because I couldn't send my phone back in time. If that's the case, it's their fault that they couldn't send my phone in time since they promised me priority. I can't exactly go for more than two days without a phone that can access my emails and such.

That's the main reason I'm happy about JUMP! priority, I get a better chance of sending my old phone back in time without being fined or what not.

Wait! Since we upgraded we have to send the phone back in a certain time frame??? wtf I thought it was once we got the iphone 6plus we used the box and had 14 days from there to return our old phone?

It's once you get your new phone

I'm very interested in what happens also. I need my new phone quickly because my gf is without a phone at the moment. Otherwise I wouldn't have been upgrading.

*edit* post above, get out of here with that you been waiting on this iphone since you had your last. & other poster above about reporting the other person, you're a baby and a snitch. "Yard duty! He's being bad!"

From my past experience it was 30 days after ordering (or receiving).

Please don't take my word for it just yet because that was back in March/April and I don't remember the details. On the other hand I have printed off the return shipping sheet and it requests the phone to come back in the bubble wrap package. Again, I'd check the site once more and look for specifics. So far the evidence suggests that part of the reason JUMP! get priority (according to CS) is that we have a limited time to send stuff back.

It's gonna be the jump order

I sure hope so. I placed the first order thinking it was a jump upgrade and then placed another Jump! order figuring I would return the first one. It's really gonna suck if the first order gets here first. There's no way I'll be able to stand looking at that unopened iPhone box and wait for the other order to get here. I'll have to get them to do an IEMI swap or something.

Internal documents prove that Apple did the whole U2 album thing because they knew this would happen -- they were just hoping we'd be distracted by the album whilst everything went to cheese with preorders.

You can probably use the standard upgrade until your JUMP! arrives, then sell it in "like-new condition" for most likely a nice profit! :)

Does anyone here wonder how all the big cell phone case companies have cases out already? Do they just go off the measurements of what apple said or do they pay extra to get their hands on a phone? I always wondered that myself.
