Went to the UPS center late this afternoon. It took them about 20 minutes to locate it, but I'm now in the process of setting up my shinny new iPhone-6, 64GB, Space Grey. Ordered about 9AM on 9-13 using Jump!

The saga continues!

So, I received the "6" yesterday and got it online without any problems. Then came today!

I couldn't figure out how to return the old iPhone-5S through Jump!, so I phoned TMO. Turns out either I didn't actually "click" the Jump! button when I ordered online, or there was a screw-up at TMO's end. I was told I had just bought another phone, not using Jump! or any other exchange. The first thing they wanted me to do was to send back the new iPhone-6, and then reorder using Jump! Yea, right!!! After talking to two folks, things were worked out to my satisfaction: just shipped my iPhone-5S and TMO will pay off the $300 balance. Basically did the same as Jump!, but I'll be watching my bills for the next several months!
 
So people who got charged (including myself) don't get too happy! it might mean nothing according to CSR! =/ playing with my emotions!

That's bordering on evil if they wait this long, charge, then say you're not getting a phone!

Not when I called. She said she can't even find the order number I gave her.

On the website it says shipped overnight.

I didn't ask for overnight shipping.

I haven't been charged.

Sometimes people have been charged after delivery. Maybe hold onto it for awhile to see if they charge you?
 
ugh. I hope not. There's a couple of us 9/19 text people left. The t-mobile exec guy swore up and down that I was part of the first priority group (which I'm guessing are those people that got the 9/19 text), yet all these people with 9/22-30 texts seeing movement. My order is in an abyss.

Same here. I was part of the 9/19 texts also saying my order was getting overnight shipping for Friday. Yet, here we are...still waiting lol.

Make sure you ship back with insurance and notification. Just waiting for a $300 credit would make me nervous.
 
ew! that's awful. :p I was all excited because someone else with my phone saw movement!!

But they also said that it could mean that its coming really soon.. so to stay on the look out for emails and text messages. They said i may not receive shipping info on time. but of course these are all things that we all know already

So many unknowns...makes me get all excited for every text I get. I work from home and watch UPS drive right on by while I look out the window like a like a kid waiting for the ice cream truck. :rolleyes:

Lol i know.. i love getting packages through the mail! Im expecting my phone case soon and HOPEFULLY my phone now too!
 
I'm sure everyone is waiting for the 6 Plus here but I just ordered my phone on Sunday 9/21 and my iPhone 6 64gb Space Grey just shipped about 30 min ago (that's when I got the text).

Well shipping was created according to UPS. I should be getting it by Friday if I'm lucky! :)

I ordered on Sunday too and haven't received anything:mad:

Thanks. Yes, I have the UPS tracking number for the returned 5S, and I insured it for $300. The last person I talked with at TMO said she would call me on Thursday for the tracking number and take care of me. I'll be watching :)

Don't think I'll be doing another online pre-order, just go into the store in the future (if there is ever a future trade-in).
 
Well I am very frustrated. I ordered on the 12th and they cancelled it on me. Then I called care and they said they would do it for me no problem. They neglected to tell me that it was a standard upgrade not JUMP. I called to cancel it and then went into a store to get one. They had I have one shipped to me with overnight shipping. I check my order when I get home and it's backorederd and regular ground shipping. I called the store to get it fixed and find out they actually have the phone in stock now?!?? I go to pick it up but since I did a JUMP upgrade in store to shop I can't buy the phone. They tried to do a standard upgrade and said I could just trade my phone in after I've returned the backordered phone. As I was about to comete the upgrade the manager stopped the transaction saying it wasn't possible, that's not how JUMP works. I called care to get the order cancelled to find out that I have three orders!! They've never cancelled my other transactions. When I called care they were very rude. Asking me "what do you expect me to do about it". I just want to buy the damn phone and they aren't letting me. It is insane. Anyone else experience this? I called care again and they said up to 8 weeks now. There is the exact phone I want sitting at the store next to my apt. I'm so frustrated.
 
So just got off the phone with Matthew in their "executive" office.. Somehow my order was not under jump so my order was never prioritized.. He said apple was the one that gave them the time line of 6 weeks so they are just passing on that message but that we could be getting our phones before.

He said he would follow up again in two weeks and that once I get my iPhone I would need to send my htc m8 to him so he could clear the balance.

He took care of my bill as well. My bill was $340 so score!

In the meantime ill continue using the Verizon one I got today at the Apple store.
 
I found out an iPhone 6 plus, 64gb silver, t-mobile no contract phone is now in stock at an apple store that is about 30 miles away.

So I could go get a phone today.

meh....faced with the possibility of doing it - I'm not going to do it.
yes, it helps that my phone is arriving tomorrow, but...I think I'm going to have to admit my hysteria is actually dying down a bit.

oh booger, and also since I'm apparently in the wrong thread, I guess I don't even have to report delivery, since it would have no being on tmobile.com orders - mine is apple.com

oh well guys, its been fun......have a great one, I hope everyone gets your phones soon.

I think its interesting that macrumors most viewed thread is the at&t pre-order thread with about 3/4 million views....reflecting at&t's size and long history with iPhone.

But the most "posts" in a pre-order thread, is t-mobile.com - reflecting people are ticked off at t-mobile.
