Spoke to a rep once again lol very helpful. I was told if your order on Friday it doesn't matter full retail eip or jump the orders are put in the place they were order. The weekend today and yesterday jump user are put in front of others... I repeat Friday orders are first come first serve, this weekend jump is first other orders are put after.

I also just spoke to a rep and was told that since no one could use jump all friday they are trying to make it up to jump users. She said one jump users have their orders taken care of then the others will be fulfilled. She said the way to tell is if you have an estimated delivery date. If you don't then you won't be getting one in the initial batch and will be fulfilled in 1-4 weeks after

Just switched carriers to T Mobile and now I have to wait for the regular 6... until October 10.

I'm banking on overly cautious shipping estimates and my methadone (also known as my new MacBook Retina).

There is anyways going to a local store and picking one up on launch day but like their iPad s T-Mobile stores only carry 16 gig variants bigger sizes you have to mail order
 
So I finally got a text saying thanks for your device upgrade Spoke to a rep who said everything looks normal. However, I never got an authorization charge on my credit card. Wonder if this is ok?

Likewise I got the text over 6 hours ago, but as I haven't got charged

I was told that there are separate inventories for over the phone and online. It is only the online orders that will get screwed by Jump. if you placed an order over the phone, it is first-come-first-served (since you can't jump over the phone)

Makes sense. Like I said if you have a delivery date you're good. If you don't then the waiting game begins for you for a few weeks
 
I hadn't considered this, but it makes perfect sense. Smart thinking.

Shouldn't be too worried, if I recall it's 30 days. It should also go by postmark date also.

Does anyone here wonder how all the big cell phone case companies have cases out already? Do they just go off the measurements of what apple said or do they pay extra to get their hands on a phone? I always wondered that myself.

I would assume that they have inside information, Apple likely hands it down to the "big boys" in accessories.

I then got a text saying it is backordered (which I guess everyone got becuase tmobile hasnt received any yet). My est. Delivery date is now 9/15. Seems very odd..... Anyone else have this delivery date?
 
I tried. No CS rep can look up JUMP! orders. If I were to try and JUMP! again, both my lines show ineligible. I take that as a good sign.

Let's keep in mind it is Sunday and we likely won't see much movement. While I'll be checking I won't personally be too concerned about anything until Wednesday or so if no movement. (6+ Jump)

Heck I've got "your order has shipped" emails from T-mobile and other companies in the past to have items arrive that day. At work I've had orders from large vendors send me "We are processing your order" emails for items we got in days prior.
 
I'm hoping we start to see something in regards to these orders early this week. It will be annoying to have these orders in limbo through Friday.
 
If I don't at least have updates I'll just cancel and get it from Costco. Just don't want to risk it lol
 
I'm brand new to the forums. A long time Verizon Android user ready to give Tmobile and Apple a shot since I have a 4s for work and recently purchased an Ipad Air which I love.

I pre ordered at 4:48am on the 12th and since I'm a new customer I don't have a shipping date only showing as order placed. I think people have a right to be ticked off about the way this is handled. We are on a tech enthusiast site and people are paying a lot of money for both these phones and for the service to use them. I've seen people get completely bent out of shape over sporting events and story line changes on tv shows so for people to be upset about the way Tmobile has handled this pre order event isn't out of the ordinary. That being said I'm waiting until tomorrow before I get upset and see how things shake out. At this point it's clear they have no idea what's going on. Definitely not a good first impression.

I also have a question for those who are also switching from other carriers. Why did you already port your number over? You have 14 days after your device is activated to do that. I still have my Note 3 and verizon plan and will terminate once I get the new 6+ and give T mo a test run in my area to see how the service compares. At worst I'll pay a $35 restocking fee if I hate the service.

i'm like you. i ordered at 4:30am on friday and switched over from ATT. i chose to do the number porting after i receive the phones...didn't make sense to do it now since i'd have no phone to use.
 
I've had issues ordering 2 iPhone 6's, one on jump, one on upgrade. Rep over the phone says jump has to be done in stores so I did both in stores. Jump order shows on back order but estimated delivery of the 20th then updated again to the 21st. My upgrade device shows no delivery but on back order. Rep did mention in stores it will lock up your order for the upgraded device until after your jump device clears if you do jump first. Hope no one did jump first otherwise you'll be waiting on your upgrade a while.
 
I still dont think the jumo thing is fair. There are other ways to make it up than to let any ol person with it jumo to the front. If vzw has a 128 6 plus in the next two weeks im probably gonna jump ship.
