FYI I recommend to everyone that is getting the 6+ that you acquire a STURDY case because the internet continues to blow up over people bending their 6+ just by having it in their pocket.

The executive last night told me that their entire system crashed on the 12th so orders were definitely lost. Hence why you need to follow up with them and find out what is going on.

While I haven't been waiting as long as you guys, I'm impatient and want it NOW. I thought I'd be sneaky and just go pay full price somewhere else and cancel my current order. However, after searching Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and Apple, there isn't a single 128GB 6+ in stock within a 100 mile radius. Now I am pissed.

Didn't someone here talk to a rep that said new shipments would go out on the 25th? Wonder if that's the case. Would make more sense to me to have phones go out on a Wed but who knows.

I talked with the exec response team yesterday as well. Unfortunately no real positive news. Starting to wish I would have gotten a 128GB version but can't cancel or swap either. But my order is there so at the end of the day, at least that's squared away.

My frustration is slowly turning from T-Mobile to Apple and this is coming from a very pro-Apple guy. I get that they're all about image and making their products seem special and rare but this is just ridiculous. To literally have none available at launch is pretty subpar.

Getting my router today. Hopefully that will give me something to play with for a bit.

Seems like there were no new shipments over the evening :(

My 16gb+ SG says -
Backorder
Order history: Backorder (only delivery info I got were 9/19 texts/email, no charge, no UPS)

The 64gb+ gold that I ordered yesterday says -
Backorder
Order history: Pending shipping (text: delivery 10/8)

I'm really wondering which one will come first.

One of the CSR I spoke to on Monday said she had a note that all preordered backorders will ship 9/25 and I should have tracking info by noon. I couldn't wait to see if that would happen lol, so I ordered another phone in case.

This is a marketing plan look at how long this forum has gotten on just this one topic I've seen this same ploy done by Palm for the Centro when that Pre dropped they did the same thing. Ol' Timmy got the world hemorrhaging clamming at the bits. They knew the factories couldn't hold up to the anticipation. So this is it..... We wait.....and wait....and wait

well this isnt a very smart marketing plan

why make people wait 4-6 weeks for a phone when your biggest competition is about to release a phone with a bigger screen and better specs(Note 4)

IMO the smart thing wold be to try and get as many 6 pluses in peoples hands as i could before they have the option to get the Note 4 instead

With everyone seeing planes coming in but with no tracking/movement, I'm beginning to think this is the case. Stockpile up a bit and then do one massive push on the 25th. I'm happy with that especially if they do Next Day Air to get it here on Friday.

you guys chill! my friend did pre-order over at&t @ 9/12 around 3am and his status right now is 10/11 delivery.. i thought t-mobile is much better handling these issues..

please continue with your life.. im begging you :D

Wow, my wife just texted me and forwarded me an email from AT&T, that her iPHone 6+ 16g SG, is on Fed Ex for delivery today. We both ordered our phones on 9/12. Her order was processed by AT&T around 3am, with a immediate delivery window of Oct 3-Oct 10th. My T-Mobile order finally went through with confirmed EIP at 05:47am. My signature has my order stats.

It seems AT&T has their stuff together and is processing orders correctly, and in a much faster time frame.

At least I can play with her's (iPhone) until WHENEVER mine happens to ARRIVE,,,,including my BACK ORDERED ROUTER!!!

Sorry for no T-Mobile text or emails this morning. That past two days have been really quiet and frustrating. ARRGG..

Morning!!!!
Welcome back XD

My initial delivery was for tomorrow. But at this point I have a better chance of the weather forecast being cloudy with a chance of meatballs!

Lol! Well it could be right someone earlier mentioned they could be stock piling up and doing a big shipment this evening or something but idk... That's all speculation.

Ugh, nothing new to report this morning. Still no cc charge, no tracking, zip. nada.

Although yesterday afternoon I got a call from the executive office. He apologized for the lack of communication and gave me a credit on my first month's bill (I'm a new customer) and refunded me my shipping charges. He said they really have no idea when I should expect my delivery. Oh well, the wait continues...

Is it going to support 700mhz?

I will be thoroughly irritated if they somehow recover my lost order after I buy a phone through AT&T this weekend. Definitely not following up - After this debacle, it feels like I dodged a bullet.

As far as I know most people that ordered on the 12th (myself included) if you didn't call that weekend and sit on hold forever hoping to get a knowledgeable rep that would manually push your order through, you were screwed. I found out after sitting on hold for an hour and half on the 12th that if I hadnt called my order would have been cancelled because of the glitch in there system and the reps had to manually push a lot of order through. Of course if you didnt call they wouldn't have known to push yours through.

I got my phones on the 19th and honestly believe it was because I called about that on the 12th.
