T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Pre-order

I ordered at 2pm on Friday (16gb White iPhone 6) and, like most, do not have a shipment date, just a pending shipping notification. Not on Jump! either. I am not worried though, I am sure it will update this week and show a date. It will be here when it gets here. On the bright side, I don't think I ordered a popular model :D
 
I am a new customer coming over from verizon. I ordered around noon on Friday over the phone. Just like everyone else who is a new customer in this thread I am stuck with little to no information about my order.

It seems the order status page for new customers provides much less information than the one for current t mobile users. It doesn't even say if my order is backordered, that's how little detail is provided.

My card has a pending charge for the full amount due, not jut a $1 pre auth which seems really odd to me.
 
did a JUMP! preorder on a whim today, processing order with a 9/18 estimated delivery date. 16GB space grey 6. didn't know about the JUMP! priority. if that date is for real i'll be happy to have a phone before the 9/22 date they quoted for me at checkout but i don't think it's very fair to people who came before me at all :(

Has anyone tried going to ups site and putting your phone number in the track by reference page. You have to enter is in this format 111-111-1111 that worked for me before when I was with Verizon also it's posted somewhere on Tmobiles site can't remember where though. For those with 9-15 ship dates ect should try this if that doesn't work try just all 10 digits with no dashes. You have to use the number that the iphone was upgraded with ect.

But on the my tmobile website under payment details when you go to check the status of he order what does it say for you guys under "payment"?

I have my name next to customer my phone number and an amount of 1,016.38! I ordered a 64GB 6Plus. I did EIP too. So I'm guessing there's obviously been a mistake?
My order total came out to 195.68 after adding JUMP!, the taxes and the 25 next day shipping.
I'm guessing I should just brush off the amount on the payment details as wrong?

*small edit* And I know others have posted their shipment details so I will too.
My order status is back ordered
The order history says pending shipping and I have an estimated delivery of 9/20 with next day shipping.

Don't assume anything their still updating confirmations.. only issue I could see there being was if you required a deposit. But again don't assume anything until that transactions gone through

I tried this, cannot locate the shipment.

Yea I'll just keep an eye on it for now.
When I ordered an iPad mini retina with them it showed me a wrong amount also. It'll probably update in the next few days as they get through sorting this mess out.

what exactly does the "preparing shipment" status mean? I got an email that says my transaction was processed and my status shows preparing shipment but I never any type of auth charge for the transaction on my card

When status changes to shipped the transaction should happen.. Givin it's a Sunday right now your bank probly won't show yet.
 
Welp, they just added another day to my estimated delivery date.

On Friday it was 9/20, Saturday it was 9/21 and now today (Sunday) it just moved to 9/22.

9/22 makes more sense than 9/21, which is a Sunday. But still... WTH?
 
They changed my date from the 14th to the 15 now just till the 16....I better have it on friday

ordered 6pm on the 12th :mad:

I spoke with t-mobile care. If you order over the phone, as I did, you have to do the trade in at the same time. Online trade in only works with online orders, for whatever reason. Their proposed solution.... Cancel current order, start a new order, do the trade in at the of the ordering process, AND GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE. Wow, what a solution!

Did you order the accessory big foam arrow that you can wear on your head that says "Hey I got the new iPhone ?"
