did a JUMP! preorder on a whim today, processing order with a 9/18 estimated delivery date. 16GB space grey 6. didn't know about the JUMP! priority. if that date is for real i'll be happy to have a phone before the 9/22 date they quoted for me at checkout but i don't think it's very fair to people who came before me at all![]()

But on the my tmobile website under payment details when you go to check the status of he order what does it say for you guys under "payment"?
I have my name next to customer my phone number and an amount of 1,016.38! I ordered a 64GB 6Plus. I did EIP too. So I'm guessing there's obviously been a mistake?
My order total came out to 195.68 after adding JUMP!, the taxes and the 25 next day shipping.
I'm guessing I should just brush off the amount on the payment details as wrong?
Has anyone tried going to ups site and putting your phone number in the track by reference page. You have to enter is in this format 111-111-1111 that worked for me before when I was with Verizon also it's posted somewhere on Tmobiles site can't remember where though. For those with 9-15 ship dates ect should try this if that doesn't work try just all 10 digits with no dashes. You have to use the number that the iphone was upgraded with ect.
Don't assume anything their still updating confirmations.. only issue I could see there being was if you required a deposit. But again don't assume anything until that transactions gone through
what exactly does the "preparing shipment" status mean? I got an email that says my transaction was processed and my status shows preparing shipment but I never any type of auth charge for the transaction on my card
