I spoke with t-mobile care. If you order over the phone, as I did, you have to do the trade in at the same time. Online trade in only works with online orders, for whatever reason. Their proposed solution.... Cancel current order, start a new order, do the trade in at the of the ordering process, AND GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE. Wow, what a solution!

I got different information when I spoke to someone today, so I'm not sure that's 100% accurate
 
Why is it bad? No one trying to jump could process an order Friday

Giving complete priority to Jump! customers alienates every non-jump customer. Its bad business, I bought my 5s on the release date last year and paid for it in full. That being the case had absolutely no need for getting Jump! I could completely see giving priority for orders through end of day Friday, but not the entire weekend. That's all i am saying....

Well that was the choice T-Mobile chose and I'm glad it worked out for me. I get a new iPhone every year so I don't have a reason not to get jump

Dunno about anyone else but for me the rep at the local store screwed up my order. He had everything right but didnt confirm the right shipping so instead of it being the overnight its no ground shipping and didnt catch it tell yesturday and i did the order friday afternoon

I spoke to quite a few people and they all told me different things . One person said that they don't get the phones till the 19th . The other one said the system was down and she couldn't let me know what's going on. So I guess we have to wait till later this week . Hopefully everyone gets their phones this week .

None of the CS reps are going to be reliable sources of information.
 
Lol wouldn't it be funny if the people here that are saying were cry babies etc, don't get the phones until late Oct-Nov.. Bet they would be just as mad, anyways, can't wait to see what tomorrow brings, and what new text message were going to get.
 
CS told me I ordered my iPhone on friday therefore it'll be included in the first batch of iPhones to get shipped.

She also said its getting shipped the 19th not delivered.:(

That's the same thing that I've been told . So I don't know what to believe . Everything I've been told so far I've took with a grain of salt (not literally)
 
These comments are just beyond comical "...I better have it on friday "

Did you order the accessory big foam arrow that you can wear on your head that says "Hey I got the new iPhone ?"

It's really sad the we have all of these people who create accounts just so they can post some snarky comment. I hope there's no max number of members you can add to your ignore list. ;)
 
Let's just all agree.. through all the waiting and headache... it's like Christmas. Unless your religion tells you otherwise and for that I'm sorry, but I'll take it like it is.
