Has any one with order s000 received theirs yet? S000 is a special order and have wondered if that's the hang up.

I haven't received my phone yet, but was just charged today and my order number starts with S000.

You just reminded me of something. Mine was a Jump! upgrade done online... yet, when I now click on my current device, it tells me "you're eligible for a Jump upgrade." Seems like that would've gone away.

Yes, if you placed your order using JUMP, you should not be eligible to use JUMP on that same line. So, something may be wrong with your order. I'd call and try to talk to a higher level csr and have them look into it.
 
Here's what it says to my order status... Wondering if it's accurate... My card got charged since I placed an order on 9/19...

I ordered 4 iPhone6+, two 64gb SG and two 64gb Silver...

This is not good. I checked the shipping method this early afternoon it says 9/26-9/30...My shipping date got bumped...

Now it says: 9/29-10/1... :mad:
 
When you guys track by reference do you use the phone number the phone was ordered under with no dashes. For the zipcode do you just use 5 digits or the dash with the rest of the numbers?

I had the same issue, went to the tmobile site I preordered from got confirmation that jump was definitely used, (he showed me on his screen), and was told that sometimes older jump customers will have that message on their phone being eligible for jump, because as he explained it, "the old jump would let you jump twice within a certain time frame on one device." And I am grandfathered on the old jump plan. I dunno, but that's what he told me. In any case, I was reassured I definitely used jump. I was also charged today...
 
My order says backordered at the top with the pink check but under order history says pending shipping. Ill probally be in for the long hual
 
I did fire off a second email to T-Mobile 'executive' team and was given credit on my monthly bill. I haven't had time to call back since they left a VM since I'm currently traveling. If you haven't had the chance to speak to someone and/or have received a credit, I would highly recommend doing so.

(I was never given any credit on my first conversation with them but did request it after my second email request)

Again, everyone makes mistakes and hopefully T-Mobile can adjust accordingly moving forward from operations / customer support standpoint. I appreciate that they're actually making an effort to help all of us to an extent.

(I had to pay full retail for T-Mobile iP6+ Silver 64 at the Apple app store because I needed it for travels / international)

Hopefully I can get my phone in my hands before the 14 day return policy, so I can return the current one I'm using.

i must walk away from the forum. haha. for the moment. heading to the gym and hoping when I get back online I see a charge and delivery notice! It will happen!!!!

hm, interesting. I have the original JUMP also, but I'm not eligible to use it again until January 2015. Hopefully the guy is right. Good luck!
 
Right click on that section of the page (the delivery date section) and select inspect element instead

Alright I've been stalking this page for a while but I saw good news! Those of you who had your orders shipped was because ups planes containing a big amount of iPhones were delivered to Louisville! But 3 more on the way right now and they contain mostly iPhones! They should land in Louisville at around 10 pm PST. So stay tuned! By the way I ordered a iPhone 6+ 16gb gold and am part of the 1-2 day group and have gotten no updates whatsoever but I also haven't checked my bank since yesterday. So there's hope just check your accounts late tonight!

Got a call from CSR Today.

- Ordered on the 14th at 7:30AM (64/6+ Space Gray)
- She apologized for the delay but explained that 12th orders are being pushed today
- They are getting stock everyday, 13th should* have orders resolved tomorrow
- 14th should* be resolved by Friday
- Should expect a phone before the end of next week
- Credited $80 towards my bill

* Take with a grain of salt, but they are trying to fix the issue as quickly as possible.
