Has any one with order s000 received theirs yet? S000 is a special order and have wondered if that's the hang up.

You just reminded me of something. Mine was a Jump! upgrade done online... yet, when I now click on my current device, it tells me "you're eligible for a Jump upgrade." Seems like that would've gone away.
Here's what it says to my order status... Wondering if it's accurate... My card got charged since I placed an order on 9/19...

Yes, if you placed your order using JUMP, you should not be eligible to use JUMP on that same line. So, something may be wrong with your order. I'd call and try to talk to a higher level csr and have them look into it.

I had the same issue, went to the tmobile site I preordered from got confirmation that jump was definitely used, (he showed me on his screen), and was told that sometimes older jump customers will have that message on their phone being eligible for jump, because as he explained it, "the old jump would let you jump twice within a certain time frame on one device." And I am grandfathered on the old jump plan. I dunno, but that's what he told me. In any case, I was reassured I definitely used jump. I was also charged today...
