I also have the original JUMP, I think we are eligible to change phones every 6 months, or that's what they told me when I got it in November I think.
That's what I thought also, so I'm not sure that it's correct for the JUMP to still be showing as being available if the iPhone order was placed using JUMP.
I used Chrome! It works
, right click on the website close to where it says Order History, and then click Inspect Element, a window will open, scroll down to where it says delivery method and click the gray mini arrow on the left, and then do the same thing for estimated date, and you will see your delivery date! Hope this helps you, if not I can screenshot the whole process if you need me to.
Weird I can't get mine to show. Doesn't even say estimated date.
Edited picture to show all arrows expanded. I even know a bit of coding and still nadda when I go thru all this garb.

I figured it out but mine says none.
It does say estimated date but I don't know why it is not showing an actual date for you
. I'm sorry. I tried earlier with Safari and Firefox and mine wasn't showing a date either. It was now that I tried on Chrome that I was able to see an estimated date.You're late. We went over this. Don't start. We're all getting hyped up on CC charges right now. DON'T RUIN THIS MOMENT
Hahaha I've literally just been following this thread and haven't been commenting for weeks now, and I had to laugh and comment on this post lol I was thinking the same thing!
But just for the record, couldn't process my preorder 3 times and had to go in on the 18th to preorder. 6+ 64gb SG. Order being processed, haven't heard nothing else. I might be in a long wait being that I'm in Hawaii, but I'm glad I have this to pass time lol

So after reading a lot of these posts, I know this will upset many people (as it should) who have yet to receive any information on their phones but I received a text message that my order had been shipped today and just checked the ups website and it said phone should be delivered tomorrow. I am a Tmobile customer for 8 years but just upgraded to Jump friday morning when i ordered my phone in store. My status online went from pre order, to being processed, to shipped. Everything went smooth for me, I guess I got really lucky, but I would be upset if like many of you I had pre ordered on the 12th and have yet to receive any information. Sounds like someone dropped the ball for sure!!

Hey everybody. I am also in the no iPhone 6 plus SG 64gb boat. So, at this point we'll all be getting it by Thanksgiving I assume. :c
The old jump had a waiting period of 6 months after sign up date. You can then jump twice per year with no waiting period in between. The year seems to reset at the date you used your first jump for the year.

BUT! After pre ordering on the 12th I had the 19th as my delivery date. Every day that passed it would extend another day. I'll check my est delivery tomorrow using Inspect Element and if it has est 10/02 then this option is not to be counted on.

So I just called customer service to order a router. I have her take a peek at my Iphone order and she tells me something is wrong with my order. Currently on the phone with her she's been helping me, but I'm super irritated.
