Btw my wife's iPhone 6 was delivered on the 19th and hers is showing 10/02 delivery. Lol I wish we could count on "Inspect Element"
Got charged today, finally (preordered on 9/12 9am CST, 64gb+, 9/22-9/30 text)... and got a call from a ERT rep who was so friendly I couldn't even be mad at her. Here's what can be assumed if your card is charged:
- Once they charge your card, that means that T-mobile has sent the item from their warehouse over to UPS. You have an iPhone if your card has been charged.
- After that, its all up to UPS to relay shipping and tracking information.
She was extremely nice, and like I said I couldn't even be mad at her. I let her know about the forum we're in (she said she read it), and let her know how messed the system was on the 12th. She was very understanding.

They let me order the router but apparently their system is saying I did order the phone and sign the EIP and at the same time saying I did not sign the EIP.
It doesn't mean anything. I had a 9/25 estimate from day one, it was "hidden" soon after that, but hasn't changed from being 9/25, even through all of the other crap that's been going on for the past week.
No way mine's being delivered 9/25 (tomorrow) - I was only charged today, and haven't gotten any shipping info (ERT said it would ship soon, but gave no indication of this week).
Did you get Next Day shipping? Because if you did, there is a possibility that you will get it tomorrow.
Tracking numbers dont work right away I work in tracking department at my job I deal with UPS everyday it will eventually show up
hope you are correct, got charged yesterday, so hopeful to get shipping info soon.
You haven't gotten a tracking number yet? Have you called Robobitch?

I ordered the 6 plus gold 64 gb on 6-19 and i have an est delivery date of oct 2 .

No problem. I generate UPS tracking numbers everyday sometimes they dont work until UPS scans them.
Rep has told me all orders are getting next day air, I originally ordered ground.
Is roboslut the same as #875#?
Julesdog - no, I selected UPS ground, but @tmobilehelp told me all preorders would be sent via next-day air, and the ERT guy who called me wasn't sure about that, but said it sounded right.
Disciple2123, no tracking number yet. I still think that they're at least +24hrs behind -- you got charged yesterday and got tracking today. I don't recall anyone else getting charged yesterday... has anyone charged today also gotten tracking today? (I've been battling the afternoon commute for the last hour.)
Oh, and robo-whatever has never has any status for me. When I call in, she says I have 5 orders... I didn't place any of them, and they're all canceled for whatever reason. All from 9/12 morning - I bet it's residual from whatever blew up their systems and resulted in my order being entered hours after I actually placed it. So I guess her limit is 5, and my iphone is #6, router is #7.

Been going through this forum all day. I want to first off say thank you for everyone here. It's been a great resources to figure out whats going on with our iPhones. Anyway I ordered a iPhone 6 Plus 64gb SG on the 12 around 5pm. Everything went fine with my order luckily but like others I have been lied to about 50 times about when I am getting the phone. I finally got charged today so hopefully I get the phone within the next day or two.
Mine is showing the same date. Here's hoping it's true. Guess we will find out tomorrow. I ordered a 6+ SG 64gb through JUMP around 11AM EST on 9/13.
Behold! It got delivered today to the T-Mobile store.

- Talked to T-Mobile Customer Care two days ago, was told that it would take up to 6 weeks to be delivered.
What's weird is that I didn't receive ANY text messages about shipping or delivery. I called ROBOLADY today and it just said "Your order has been shipped September 24th with the following tracking number...."
Hung up, called again, and she said "Your order has been delivered."
Went to go pick up ASAP
Those who are told it'll take weeks - don't lose hope! They only say that just in case. More than likely it will arrive soon! I'm a happy happy girl!!! Below is to show how big the 6+ is compared to my baby. Ha ha ha!
