I ordered from verizon so I don't have the time to read everything in your sprint sticky thread. Has tmobile been nice to deal with? Are you happy or sad with the tmobile process? I was happy with verizon pre-order. Whats the general result from an tmobile pre-order. Summarize for me. Thanks

It happened to both of my orders. iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus. I ordered them both online using JUMP! around 4pm PT. 9/12/14

I ordered two 6 pluses one 64 gb and one 128gb . Never received a delivery date , got the confirmation email and the delivery date was // . I ordered it on the phone at 6:30am EST Friday .

The last email I got was saying it's back ordered . Then about 8:30am est I got a text saying thanks for the upgrade .

Hey, the card I used to preorder has been compromised. I want to change my card before its too late. I keep getting hung up on their stupid CS numbers because of high volume of calls. Is there anyway I can just do this online?

Lol you don't need to read everything. Just read maybe 2 or 3 pages and you'll know what's up.

So what a CS rep told me is that their internal documents just got updated and the ones who ordered with over night shipping on the 12th have priority over people who ordered with Jump! Anytime after that !

I think it would have been fair for all JUMP! orders placed on Friday, but the whole weekend?

Even as a jump user I have mixed feelings on the priority. Friday yes, all weekend no way.

Same situation. Just going to leave it alone for a day or two and not worry. Obviously the system is a mess right now and none of this seems to even be close to accurate. The mess will start getting sorted out over the course of the day Monday I'd assume.
