T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Adrian R: That is correct and those who pre order the phone early will be the first one to receive the phone since it is a first come first serve basis.
You: I know people who ordred after me who already have the phone.
Adrian R: This is also depends if they pre ordered the phone online at the store or online.
You: I got an email that said I will receive the phone between 9/22 and 9/30. Will I definitely get it by the 30th
Adrian R: Let's say you pre ordered the phone online and lot of customers is pre ordering as well online and the person you know pre ordered the phone at the store and when they pre ordered the phone customers who is pre ordering the phone is lesser than customers who are pre ordering the phone online and if that person already his/her turn to get the phone and it is still available, he/she will definitely get the phone.
Adrian R: And since there are lot of customers who pre order online we still have to wait for the availability of the phone and it also depending on number of backorders and when the backorder shipment arrives.
You: Yesterday t mobile told me that phones are coming in everyday. How come i keep getting different info?
You: Will i get it by September 30th?
Adrian R: Yes, I checked the notation on your account and you are informed that you will be getting your phone from 9/22/14-9/30/14.
You: How can t-mobile guarantee that ? Earlier in the chat you mentioned 6 weeks.
Adrian R: That is correct. It may take up to 6 weeks. However, since you receive a notification that you will be getting the phone from 9/22/14- 9/30/14, I can guarantee you that you will be getting it on or before 9/30/14.
You: How so if it is back ordered?
Adrian R: The status of your order may change within this days.
You: Sorry?
You: I don't understand what you meant.
Adrian R: The status of your order may changed.
Adrian R: For now it is on backorder status but it can change to be shipped status before you will be receiving your phone.
Adrian R: Aside from this, do you have further concerns in mind with regards to your account that I can help you with?
You: My question is how can T mobile guarantee delivery by the 30th if it is barebacked for up to 6 weeks?
Adrian R: I can guarantee you that.
Adrian R: 100 percent guaranteed.
Adrian R: It will not be backorder up to 6 weeks.
You: I am concerned that the 30th will come and go and I will still be with out my iPhone.
Adrian R: That is why the we informed that it may take up to 6 weeks from the order date for you to receive your phone.
Adrian R: This means that you might get the phone after a week from the order date since it is up to 6 weeks from the order date.
Adrian R: I hope I was able to clear this for you.
You: Not at all. I ordered 11 days ago.
Adrian R: You don't have to worry about not receiving the phone on or before the 30th. I can guarantee that to you. I will also make a notation on your account with regards to this.
Adrian R: It is up to 6 weeks from the order date.
Adrian R: So it can be 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 weeks.
You: Thanks.
Adrian R: But since you receive a notification, you will be getting the phone on or before 30th.
Adrian R: You're most welcome!

I never want to ever see/hear these phrases again in my life when this is said and over.

Disciple2123, no tracking number yet. I still think that they're at least +24hrs behind -- you got charged yesterday and got tracking today. I don't recall anyone else getting charged yesterday... has anyone charged today also gotten tracking today? (I've been battling the afternoon commute for the last hour.)

Oh, and robo-whatever has never has any status for me. When I call in, she says I have 5 orders... I didn't place any of them, and they're all canceled for whatever reason. All from 9/12 morning - I bet it's residual from whatever blew up their systems and resulted in my order being entered hours after I actually placed it. So I guess her limit is 5, and my iphone is #6, router is #7.

Oh ok... Only a couple ppl got charged yesterday. Maybe y'all's shipping info will show up tonight! They got the big shipments today so I expect thru the night ppl will receive updates
 
Update on my phone. She did some investigating and everything is fine Estimated dilevery is 10/03 that is not within the 9/22 to 9/30 time frame. Kinda irritated, but also happy I'm seeing some sort of movement.

I work for UPS and I can indeed tell you that we have been notified that over a million iPhones are being flown in within the next day. Not sure what this means for us as far as dates but its the biggest batch coming in so far. Only other info I can give to you guys is that I was told I had to work tonight and that only happens around christmas time so UPS is expecting something big tonight and tomorrow.

Lord help Tmobile my phone is in there D: I don't want to be that one customer who lost his crap within a store.

- Non-JUMP
- Groundshipping
- Status: Backordered
- Talked to T-Mobile Customer Care two days ago, was told that it would take up to 6 weeks to be delivered.

What's weird is that I didn't receive ANY text messages about shipping or delivery. I called ROBOLADY today and it just said "Your order has been shipped September 24th with the following tracking number...."

Hung up, called again, and she said "Your order has been delivered."

Went to go pick up ASAP :D Those who are told it'll take weeks - don't lose hope! They only say that just in case. More than likely it will arrive soon! I'm a happy happy girl!!! :D:D Below is to show how big the 6+ is compared to my baby. Ha ha ha!
