I'm done waiting around as I watch everyone who ordered after me get their phones (congrats to you guys regardless). My day on 9/12 was an absolute nightmare between waking up at 2:30a, working a 18 hour day and my wife sitting on her MBP all day to get me one. Fast forward to today and I still have nothing. Got the "Great News - Your 6 PLUS will be delivered on Friday" texts/emails, never came. Zero information after that. ER rep gave me no hope at all. Jump! prioritization is obviously a lie. The whole thing has been one constant frustration.
Give it till the end of the day today. And at this point idk if u can even cancel... I think u could only reject the package. So just stick it out. It's coming sooner than tmobile ppl are leading on
9/12 Ordered online with Jump at 11:30AM PDT (6+ 64GB Space Grey)
9/13 3:00AM My Tmobile it said back ordered
9/13 received text message stating back ordered / no deliver date
9/17 received text message stating expect to recieve between 9/22-9/30
9/24 credit card charged
9/24 10PM EDT My Tmobile marked as shipped with UPS tracking number
9/25 (today at 1AM EDT) UPS actually recognized tracking number with origin scan
9/25 8AM received text message stating it had shipped with tracking number
9/25 8AM UPS reports that it's out for delivery now
I never called or complained... Not perfect communication but they shipped to me within their original estimate give to me on 9/17

It seems like mainly the 6+ 64GB space gray and 16GB silvers were the ones that were charged and shipped yesterday. It doesn't look like the 16GB space gray phones were received on yesterday, so it's possible that they may be with the shipment for today. I would wait it out another day or two and see what happens. If you start seeing people get charged and shipped for your specific phone and you still get nothing, then I would definitely consider jumping ship.
After being charged yesterday, I woke up this morning to no text or email from T-Mobile. Started to get a little worried. However, Robolady gave me a tracking number and when I got to work and checked MyTmobile, it also now says shipped and gives a tracking number. UPS MyChoice says that the label was created yesterday, but that's about it, although it says delivery scheduled for today. So, I'll get it either today or tomorrow, who knows. I'm just glad it's on it's way

i went from back ordered and not charged yesterday. to a $100 credit and out for delivery today. wowwwww. i wasn't expecting my phone for a couple of weeks. i had ground shipping too. but they upgraded me to next day. good job tmobile. ps i was a 9/12 pre order

So I ordered the plus 64gb silver on 9/20. Yes very late in this race. Was ordered through the phone. Did digital signature. Order starts with 213xxxxxx. Received a text: Free T-Mobile Msg: Thanks for your order #213xxxxxx . Please note you will receive another message when your device is shipped. And then another one: Free T-Mobile Msg: Thanks for your device upgrade! Find more details on your device at my.T-Mobile.com. If order not authorized, call 611 from a T-Mobile phone. Checked online on MyTmobile and says order pending. Then went to back ordered. Still shows back ordered as of now. I did a source check and it showed estimate ship date of 9/26. Recently checked RoboLady she says order is being processed. And also checked UPS and there isn't any tracking at all. Checked by reference and also have UPS my choice. So hopefully from what I'm reading about shipments is true. Hope I get it tomorrow but I won't get my hopes up until I actually have it in my hands
Emailed ERT again saying I haven't received any updates and I'm not hopeful of them keeping their promise of delivery by the 30th.
After the ERT reached out to me, they told me that it was up to 6 weeks wait on the 6 plus 64gb SG. I was very upset; to make up for my troubles, she was willing to ship me the iphone 6 128gb silver free of charge next day shipping for me to play with until the 6 plus ships.
What do you know ? I just got tracking no. for both at the same time. Well I guess I get to play with both phones now. I still might get the iphone 6 before the plus though. 6 Plus is only shippling label created, while the 6 is alright on the ups truck. I will have to give it up to the ERT for the quick feedback and help despite all the frustration and disappointment T-mobile caused me.

Really regretting not going all out and getting the 128GB 6+. Too late now though. Can't cancel the order so guess I'll have to hold out for the 16GB.
