how accurate is the estimated delivery date on the order status? still no update/charge but est delivery date is tomorrow. i would need to be charged now so i can have it tomorrow. possible? what u guys think

Good news.. and more good news!!
Got in touch with my contact, he just got done checking on my order - he said everything is good to go, payment was processed successfully and there were no issues!
Now to the even better news!! He said that he would notify me as soon as any tracking number pops up for my order, and since I have next day shipping I should be getting it tomorrow!! He also said that there are so many orders being processed, at such a fast rate that it's the reason why online updates aren't occurring as quickly as they should! So don't fret if you still don't see any shipping info, as long as you got charged you're good to go!

I talked to a customer rep and she was by far the nicest one out of all!
She informed me that many people have called saying the T-Mobile site tells them their phone has shipped but they haven't gotten it through mail but others have called and said they got their phone through the mail with their status still saying "Backorder" with no updates whatsoever but have gotten the phone through the mail. She also informed me that Apple has sent really big shipments to T-Mobile including a big amount of 6+s and those who have no update and the order status is still on"Backorder" BUT you preordered it on the day of 9/12 be prepared because we should be getting our phones no later than next week at the latest! She confirmed that the phones are being sent out on a first come first serve basis depending on the size and color you ordered! So those who have no update but preordered it on the day of there's a lot of hope just be prepared!

I just got home and discovered a charge on my CC - what it is for is not showing up yet, but it's the amount I paid for the phone and I haven't charged anything since - so it has to be
. Still no shipping info yet. My exec contact emailed me back finally and said not to worry that my iPhone 5S 16GB gold phone should be here soon. umm, er, uhhh - that's the phone I have now, not the 6+ I'm waiting for. I'm assuming it's just an innocent error in getting the email out quickly. He said he'd call when he could. I have come down a bit from my frenzy. haha - now the wait for tracking. Fingers crossed for tomorrow for us and everyone!!What about us who ordered on the 12th and are still waiting to be charged..

I still haven't gotten a response from the exec team for my email last night and this morning.
Might have to send one more tonight.
Well I did speak with a customer service rep maybe about 4 hours ago. He assured me that 1) I would get the phone either today by end of day 2) Get it sometime 9/26 3) or get it on Monday 9/29. Still no tracking number. If anything I'll get it probably day of when it gets shipped. That's what happened when I ordered the regular 6 (which was ordered on 9/16 and delivered on 9/20) Good luck btw

I did, the guy told me that my order is fine and the the credit card information is all good to go. I even mention the fact that I have received no update but other people are and he just kept stressing that I will have my phone before the 30th and he'll call back on monday to make sure I have it.
I was charged today around noon est. About 30 minutes ago the same exec that called me yesterday followed up with me and told me about my phone moving along and to expect shipping info later today. Also that she'll follow up with me on Monday =)
