But, had us 12ers not started slamming John Legere's office with emails and phone calls, I don't think that things would have progressed as quickly as they did. So, yeah, I may feel just a tad bit ashamed of just how pissed I've gotten about this whole thing, but I'm glad that we all decided to do something about it and not let T-Mobile get away with what was going on.

IMPORTANT UPDATE EVERYONE!

I just got off the phone with someone in Mr. CEO's executive's office and she explained to me a few things:

1. About 2/3 of all iPhone pre orders (including Plus orders) have been taken care of.

2. Anyone who pre ordered on or before the 13th has been upgraded to overnight/next day shipping.

3. Like I've noticed today from the convos on this thread, there have been A LOT of iPhones that have touched down in the US today and T-Mobile knows that, of course. She said a huge bulk of the remaining pre orders are from those orders coming in the rest of the week and weekend.

That's about it. She said someone from within the executive office will be giving me a call within 72 hours to give me status updates on my order. And also, she issued me a credit for this month's bill. :)

While this pre order game has been stressful for a lot of us here on the forum, I got to hand it to T-Mobile for giving me the response they did. I'm happy! And yes, I did email Mr. CEO this morning.
 
Wow. I didn't see this coming. After i emailed my complaint to Mr Legere. I just received a phone call to one of tmo Exec Team that i would get my 4 iphones 6+ 64gb this week. On top of that i would get a credits of 100 on my first bill and they will pay my overdraft fees of what they have caused to my account. :D

Wow that's amazing!!! Besides all of what's been going on, I have to admit they have excellent customer service!!!
 
just talked to an Exec and got a $200 bill credit

for those that got a credit how long did it take to show up on the tmo site?
They switched mine from a credit on the phone itself to a credit on my bill for the same amount, showed up in mins. Did that today after getting a 2nd call from exec office, and all I did was send the lady in the exec office that ive been in contact with another email asking if they had any updates for duedates like they have right now for the 9/22 - 9/30 group. Still no update for any new DD but it was worth asking.

shouldnt it say -$200.00

I know when i put too much money on my bill it usually shows the negative amount on the site

Mine said 0 because the payment for the month had not been processed yet, but the credit was there. If you go into account activity you should see it.

Is it possible that she just waived your entire months bill? Maybe she didn't credit exactly 200? and just credited enough to wipe your october bill
 
Grr... still no movement on my shipment. Anyone else stuck at the UPS Label stage?

i have 2 separate amazon packages both stuck at the label stage but scheduled to be delivered tomorrow.Had another one like this 2 days ago but still got it on time

the ups system has been slow all week because of all the packages going out but you should get your phone tomorrow
 
Everyone that was charged yesterday, did you receive your phone? And how long after the charge did you receive a tracking number? Thanks.

Nope. I got my tracking number this morning, but it's still stuck in the label created stage. Was charged yesterday mid day.

Maybe they ran out of phones right before they got to yours :eek: I think most who got charged yesterday got their phones today.
