Not accurate at all.
Yes, they make the judgement (according to what I read on their site) on which would be the best option for you. If your signal is week, then they will recommend and send out the LTE Booster. This happened with me, but they will be canceling my order and will then put in an order for the router.
My estimated delivery date still says October 3rd, so if that in fact is accurate, they should charged me October 2nd. So until October 2nd I'll try and stop my obsessive behavior LOL. I'm going out of town on October 17th... So I hope I get it before then.

But, had us 12ers not started slamming John Legere's office with emails and phone calls, I don't think that things would have progressed as quickly as they did. So, yeah, I may feel just a tad bit ashamed of just how pissed I've gotten about this whole thing, but I'm glad that we all decided to do something about it and not let T-Mobile get away with what was going on.
