IMPORTANT UPDATE EVERYONE!
I just got off the phone with someone in Mr. CEO's executive's office and she explained to me a few things:
1. About 2/3 of all iPhone pre orders (including Plus orders) have been taken care of.
2. Anyone who pre ordered on or before the 13th has been upgraded to overnight/next day shipping.
3. Like I've noticed today from the convos on this thread, there have been A LOT of iPhones that have touched down in the US today and T-Mobile knows that, of course. She said a huge bulk of the remaining pre orders are from those orders coming in the rest of the week and weekend.
That's about it. She said someone from within the executive office will be giving me a call within 72 hours to give me status updates on my order. And also, she issued me a credit for this month's bill.
While this pre order game has been stressful for a lot of us here on the forum, I got to hand it to T-Mobile for giving me the response they did. I'm happy! And yes, I did email Mr. CEO this morning.
