Ah it looks like the unicorn phone is finally starting to ship. Hopefully everyone that ordered the 6+ 64GB SG will have some kind of progress by the end of the week - meaning the rest of us can hope to see our phones by early next week.... hopefully....
 
Is it possible that she just waived your entire months bill? Maybe she didn't credit exactly 200? and just credited enough to wipe your october bill

i hope not because my bill is only $178

i want the full $200 i was promised lol
 
hey guys, long time lurker of this thread. I wanted to include my update as i just got charged finally.

Ordered: Iphone 6 Plus SG 16GB
Jump: Yes
Time of Order: 9/12 @ 4pm EST (tried all day but couldnt get it to work since jump was ********D
Charged: 9/25 @ 7pm EST
Shipping: Hopefully it ships tonight, my Estimate from the inspect source on mytmobile says 9/28...thats a sunday, funny joke T-Mobile.

I did email John the CEO last friday, spoke with someone with a brain at Exec dept. Said that they got over 75,000 pre-orders apparently mostly for 6 Plus's, and that my order was "ok" i pretty much said while i understand, everyone i spoke too was a moron and had a different answer. I've been "processing but not yet ready for shipment" since 9/22.

Mine said 0 because the payment for the month had not been processed yet, but the credit was there. If you go into account activity you should see it.

just wanted some proof just in case i get a text in 2 weeks saying my bill will be due in 5 days lol
 
Looks like I was supposed to get my 64 sg+ today, but my phone missed it's flight, so it's been pushed back until tomorrow.
 
still no charge, i hope ups plans on getting big shipments like they got yesterday and today. :mad:

& it seems like mostly 9/13 customers got charged today, so hoping tomorrow the 9/14 group does!

Apple must have really screwed tmobile over if thats all they had was 75k preorders and its still people who ordered on the 12th who havent received their phone yet...WOW

10 million sold in 3 days yet tmobile doesnt have enough phones to fill 75k preorders? makes no sense

I heard a much bigger number than that from CS!
 
Everyone that was charged yesterday, did you receive your phone? And how long after the charge did you receive a tracking number? Thanks.

I was charged yesterday about 3P. Not sure when the tracking number showed up, but it hadn't at 10P last night, but was there when I checked at about 7A. I still don't have my phone, though. It's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. I live in GA.
 
Hey guys I just looked at the flight tracker and there's 4 big shipments of iPhones touching down around 10 to 11 tonight PST time! I guess T-Mobile really is fulfilling all the preorders this week!
 
IMPORTANT UPDATE EVERYONE!

I just got off the phone with someone in Mr. CEO's executive's office and she explained to me a few things:

1. About 2/3 of all iPhone pre orders (including Plus orders) have been taken care of.

2. Anyone who pre ordered on or before the 13th has been upgraded to overnight/next day shipping.

3. Like I've noticed today from the convos on this thread, there have been A LOT of iPhones that have touched down in the US today and T-Mobile knows that, of course. She said a huge bulk of the remaining pre orders are from those orders coming in the rest of the week and weekend.

That's about it. She said someone from within the executive office will be giving me a call within 72 hours to give me status updates on my order. And also, she issued me a credit for this month's bill. :)

While this pre order game has been stressful for a lot of us here on the forum, I got to hand it to T-Mobile for giving me the response they did. I'm happy! And yes, I did email Mr. CEO this morning.

My credit card was charged today but I was told the shipping is not automatically upgraded to overnight shipping however.

Yea, not sure i believe it either, but i do hope we all get them this week. Cant wait for the larger screen

I tried to argue with the rep, she suggested that I cancelled my order so I can get overnight shipping but that'd be an entirely new order. They'll need to fulfill the existing orders first! Now who in the right mind would do that?! lol it was so annoying!
