I emailed Legere and got $100 credit earlier this morning. I thought about it and felt it wasn't enough so I emailed again and asked for my whole bill to be wiped for compensation. I got a call within a hour and they did it In the end I got $352 in credits.
 
I just got my first call from the *we'll call you every 72 hours until the phone is in your hands team.* Told me she had zero new information for me. I asked her at least 3 times to confirm that my order had no issues, she said it was perfect, and the warehouse shows it the same way. Just waiting for a phone.
Told me the orders are going out by time of order, so I argued about that. Didn't get anywhere of course, but w/e.
The best I got from the call was that there wasn't some unknown issue leaving my order in limbo. I guess thats something.

What do I have to do to talk to a tier 3 or higher specialist?

Honestly, there isn't a step by step guide lol. I sent an email to john on the 18th - first received a voicemail from someone at t-mobile headquarters - then got an email from exec office later that day - then got a voicemail that night from an exec rep.. I think the only thing that makes "special" treatment more accessible is being a loyal customer. My parents have had their account for over 10 years, and any rep you talk to can see how long you've been with t-mobile. Customer loyalty makes a big difference imo

Received my iphone 6+ 16GB Silver today. Very happy about that however found hat they did not process my order as a JUMP order. I ordered over the phone at 6:30am since JUMP was down 9/12 and was told it was indeed a JUMP order and to send my phone back with the enclosed address label. If it wasn't returned within a certain amount of time (I think around 3 weeks; I was super tired since I had been up all night trying to order my phone) I would be charged for the remaining EIP. I went to the store tonight and was told there is nothing they can do to fix this...good thing I'm still in contact with an exec from John Legere's office. This is their screw up not mine. I'm not paying two EIP's each month.

About the same thing happened to me, although my "6" was ordered online. I received my phone Monday and phoned TMO Tuesday because there wasn't a return shipping label. The first CR I spoke with asked if I was sure I had clicked on "Jump!". I answered that I thought I had, but couldn't be 100% positive. To make this report short, I was passed to a second level rep and she is taking care of me, paying off the old phone's EIP. I had to ship the old phone myself, and provide her the tracking number. Today she refunded the $17 UPS shipping fee. All in all, pretty good service because I may not have actually clicked on "Jump!" When I ordered.

not if you jumped. i kept doing that and got locked out of my account until i changed the pw

One of the Best Buys in the city has the unactivated AT&T 6 128GB in stock. Shame that the phone's not unlocked when you buy it unactivated because I would have just bought it and picked it up tomorrow.
 
I"m on the phone with executive now....

They are fixing the trade-in for me in a manner that is beyond acceptable for me - it gives me the $$ AND i don't have to return the phone and start over. Awesome-sauce!

So, i'm happy with my resolution.... and dang, the call quality is just awesome. I think I said that, but it is such a big change for me I just feel like a broken record!

Not unless you keep the tab open and refresh it often enough that you don't get logged out

no shipping info yet and t-mobile site still says backordered. How long again did it take between your charge and getting shipping info? I think Harverd (or you??) said shipping was expected to be posted tonight.
