Haha I would, plus for me at least.. sometimes my cache gets in the way and even though I refresh a page it won't show a most up to date one cause your browser pulls up the last page it saw to make loading faster. It happened to me when I use to constantly check my order status on t-mobile.com!
 
I tried to argue with the rep, she suggested that I cancelled my order so I can get overnight shipping but that'd be an entirely new order. They'll need to fulfill the existing orders first! Now who in the right mind would do that?! lol it was so annoying!

that's awful. when i ordered mine guy told me overnight and they'd waive it and give me credit on the bill
 
Why late tonight?

The guy I spoke to told me that shipping info usually comes out late at night, he also said that there are so many orders being processed today that notifications aren't arriving as soon as they should!

Oh, he also said that another way we can check is using the tracking by reference on UPS haha I told him I had already been doing that all week. It's not t-mobile that's holding up shipping info, it's all on UPS right now

He told me that since I got a charge, and it was for the correct amount, and the payment is being processed correctly it is a very good thing. Because it means that the order is ready to ship out, it's just a waiting game now on UPS

Received my iphone 6+ 16GB Silver today. Very happy about that however found hat they did not process my order as a JUMP order. I ordered over the phone at 6:30am since JUMP was down 9/12 and was told it was indeed a JUMP order and to send my phone back with the enclosed address label. If it wasn't returned within a certain amount of time (I think around 3 weeks; I was super tired since I had been up all night trying to order my phone) I would be charged for the remaining EIP. I went to the store tonight and was told there is nothing they can do to fix this...good thing I'm still in contact with an exec from John Legere's office. This is their screw up not mine. I'm not paying two EIP's each month.

Lol some people didn't get any credits, but I agree if she did say explicitly she would credit $200.00 then she should own up to it. Give her the benefit of doubt, haha maybe it'll take a few hours to show up. When I first got my credit, she told me that it might take up to 72 hours to post to my account online.. but I checked immideteley after we spoke, and it was already a 0 balance!

I'm really sorry man.. the definite news I know is that if you got charged - your phone is basically ready for shipment processing :(
 
I'm sure the answer to my question is somewhere in this thread but who do I email to get a phone call and credit and all that? Thanks guys. I ordered on the 13th. There was a little hope this morning on the ups site but now it's disappeared. Feeling lost in all the madness!

I called today raging because I ordered my phone on the 12th and have received nothing for an update. and He told me that if you ordered your phone on the 12th then you shouldn't have to wait longer than the 13th of october. honestly at this point thats good news.
 
I called t-mobile so much, and have so many executive resources on my account & a contact who's higher than exec.. that when I called 611 like 45 minutes ago, I didn't even have a wait time hahaha I was directly routed to an account specialist who's above tier 3.

The higher you go up the chain of command.. they become more and more, nice, helpful, HONEST, transparent and even funnier hahaha. The guy said he would be the exact same way, and that it's all about persistence!

They told me November 3rd last night. I think they just pull random dates outta no where.

I'm sorry but that's not good news. A whole month to get your order??? Especially when there are surely people that ordered the same phone as you did, after you, and received their phone. That is unacceptable!
 
Grr... still no movement on my shipment. Anyone else stuck at the UPS Label stage?

There were some users that got charged earlier this week that took two days for the shipment to deliver. Maybe your phone is going out with our batch tonight :) You're in SoCal, right?

Sometimes you can go to your local UPS shipping center and pick it up later that evening, after the drivers have returned. Call UPS first and make sure that you have that option at your particular center.

It didn't look like signature was required on the TMo shipments. You could always pick it up at the UPS hub :)
