I received a text message from T-Mobile at 7:00AM that my iPhone 6+ has shipped with a tracking number.

Plugged the tracking # into UPS - Shows delivery for today. (Before 3PM)

Hopefully this is true since it would be nice to return my iPhone 6+ that I purchased full retail at the Apple store.

One question I had is that I ordered the 16GB and I believe I made an incorrect decision on the storage space - Would it be best to receive the phone and then call T-Mobile to change my order? Obviously I would assume I return it and then wait in the back of the line..

200% agree. If you want something early, you don't wait 2 days after the pre-orders go live to order one

I agree. I was told in the store on the 19th that it would be 3-4 weeks before I saw the phone. My inquiries have been to verify that my order actually exists correctly in their system, and so far, no one has been able to do that.
 
I think this is what's causing a lot of the frustration and anger. What is apparent to us (the facts we try our best to piece together) is not being acknowledged by t-mobile. So they're either ignorant/bumbling, or worse.

Orders have been shipped out-of-order, period.
JUMP customers weren't consistently prioritized.
They're NOT only charging upon shipping.

I could go on and on and on...

I think launch weekend got bungled up due to database corruption on the 12th... they are still continuing to ship items out of order?
 
That's what I'm trying to figure out also.

Orders are being shipped based on the available model/color/size. If you ordered a unicorn phone on the 12th, then people who ordered the more available phones on the 13th or any time after will likely get their phone before you. People who ordered the 6 are getting their phones faster because there are more of them in circulation. I imagine Apple underestimated the demand for the 6+ which is why there is such a delay for people that ordered that model. It's the same story for all the carriers. They are shipping phones as fast as they get them, but the supply is tied up with Apple.
 
UPS and TMobile are playing with my emotions today. Why won't my phone just ship already :-(

Robolady says I should be getting my phone today which is kinda weird.
UPS doesn't show any estimated delivery date or time.
 
My label was created yesterday 9/25. UPS my choice shows delivery today but tracking only shows that a label has been created. Think I'll get it today?

I have the same. A lady from the exec team just called me and said, my label is created (yeah got that this morning) but phone is still backordered and she'll check back with me on Monday. I asked so a label is created and I'm charged, but there's still no phone? She then said, that UPS *may* have my phone. ummm. okay. At least I'm seeing progress I suppose.

I think this is me though...

oh! and that the overnight upgrade does not include Saturday delivery.

She just told me that my order is still processing but not available for shipping (I was charged and a label was created)
 
My situation I even got charged twice, not once!!! I ordered only ONE plan 4 iPhones 6+ 64gb. They charged me since the 19th and until now it did not even fall off, as they promised that It would drop off within 2-3 business day. On the 23rd, T-Mo charged me again without any authorization... and I still don't have my iPHONEs!!!

In fairness of T-Mobile. Exec Team Ada called yesterday apologized about the 2nd charges and promised that my order will be expedite. She also promised that they would cover the overdraft fees, if there's any

This afternoon, she called me again to follow up the overdraft fees, I said there's none. Very apologetic about what happened. She offered me a $100 bill credit on my first bill and a prepaid $100 Citi card for charging me twice and inconvenience of calling my bank... oh T-Mobile I'm starting to like you... lol!
Unfortunately, no promise now that if I will get it next week... She will do her best to prioritize my order and will keep an eye on it and someone will call me back within 24 hours for an update with my order... :D
 
So my shipping label was created yesterday and UPS shows expected delivery by the end of today! Excited!!
 
Just called the robolady to check on my order and she tells me my order was placed on the 20th. But I ordered it online on the 13th, and have a confirmation from TMob from the 13th! WTF????:mad::mad:

My Tmo status on the website says Shipped now, no tracking. Also says backordered still under shipped-which is funny. Robo lady says shipped 9/25 and should arrive today 9/26 and gives a tracking #. Label still shows the dates but no tracking.

They said mine should get shipped soon but its Ground shipping.

When I ordered my phone via Tmobile store, OverNight option was not available

If you ordered by a certain date, T-Mobile automatically upgraded your shipping to overnight (can't remember what the cut-off is though). I preorderd on the 12th with ground shipping. My shipping label says overnight upgrade. I was told by t-mobile that this does not include Saturday delivery as it did last weekend.

yea i think they are updating their system
the robolady told me my phone was shipped today and i should arrive today but i think its probably going to be here tomorrow.
my label only shows it was created yesterday
 
I know, so the exec team is working with anyone who placed an order? Doesn't even have to be a preorder? Anyone who placed an order after launch and got a 1-8 wk wait time gets a credit and assurance that their phone is coming asap? This is not directed at anyone in particular, but my understanding was that people who wanted it badly enough that they pre-ordered the phone, particularly right away, should get a phone before anyone else. I know everyone is anxious to get their orders, and I would be too regardless of when I ordered, but some people had been waiting a full week before launch to get a phone a week ago.

Some people (like me) did attempt to seal themselves a phone on the 12'th but got screwed over and stuck in the back of the line. So it makes sense that some of us are pushing for our orders to ship soon. Just because somebody ordered on the 12th doesn't mean they own the board, let's stop this.
 
Ok after throwing a hissy-fit, they finally got me through to someone who was able to cancel my order.

Like you, I also ordered at the store and the store rep never told me that overnight option was available! I was told two different things after the launch, the store rep told me that my phone should automatically be upgraded to overnight shipping. And the last rep I spoke with yesterday told me that's not the case and even if it's shipped, it'd be via ground. until now I'm still waiting for an update, my card was charged yesterday.
