9 Planes today so far. If my phone isn't on one of them I quit. Can they pull it off and get me my phone by the 30th? I'm at the edge of my seat.

Were people charged last Sunday when shipments arrived?

wait ... so people change their minds and return them to the stores? Or people just aren't buying them in the store because they are 'too much money' there are plenty of people that have spent the money and are waiting on receiving their phones.

something's funny

The 128 GB phones, both 6 and 6+, are not flying off the shelves like the other models. That's what that meant. I've been in T-Mobile stores that have had the 128 GB models, but not much else.

Hey everyone # Just checking in and wishing everyone a blessed day, hopefully we have some news today, especially the 12th people!

Just got caught up with the posts from last night. Good luck to everyone, especially the 12ers!

I sincerely hope that T-Mobile is more prepared next year, although I'm not to sure that I'd do another pre-order with T-Mobile again after this.

But, on a side note, the router that I ordered on Friday is scheduled to be delivered on Monday. And, I didn't even pay for shipping, much less rush shipping. Go figure

Label created 9/26/14

Ps, we've gotton our bill paid for by a rep from t mobile and this month was free lol. So keep bothering them and emailing John and calling calling calling. They said we've called over 100 times and have been told so many different answers they finally got tired of me arguing with them. Stay hopeful and keep it up my iPhone people.

Much love from Florida!

Just to follow up on this, I have a tracking number now. It hasn't been picked up by UPS yet. This is for a 64GB space gray Plus I bought on Jump! in the T-Mobile store on 9/13.

It looks like I will be getting this phone tomorrow. This will bring to a close my ongoing saga. I hope the rest of you who haven't got your phones yet get them soon.

We'll if I receive on 10/2 I'm raising hell and want at least 200 off since people recieved that much for compensation from what I seen and I was told 9/30 the latest.

The general compensation received by 9/12ers has been the equivalent of 1 months bill (mine was $103,) which IMO is very fair.

Those that have received much more either have higher monthly bills, or had additional screwups with their order, for example, multiple orders inexplicably cancelled.

my backorder date changed

it is now BackOrder 09/28/2014 at 05:32:52 AM

original date in my sig

Got another call from the ERT, usual spiel. Tried to tell me that my order was delivered on 9/25 (but that was my router). Said that indeed, the process should've been charge->label->ship quickly, but also re-emphasized JUMP priority. She relayed that they received large shipments on Thursday and Friday, and that I should be in the group that ships by 9/30 (but didn't sound too sure about that). Apologized profusely and said that they learned a lot of lessons. (I did too, which is not to buy form tmo again.) Said again that the online/phone status lags, and that they don't know why some later orders were shipped out before 9/12 orders.

As I've said before, they're patient, nice people who are calling, but just don't have any real answers - probably because tmo themselves don't have any. I've been nice to them, and also haven't asked for any more credits - I got a month's worth, but am more interested in getting my order at this point.

As a full-retail buyer, the lesson I've learned is to buy directly from Apple at midnight, period. I placed my (wife's) Apple order later in the day on 9/12... they charged on 9/26, it shipped the same day form China, and will be here on 10/2. It was originally promised between 10/13-10/20.
