Just thought I would share my adventures! Pre ordered 9/13 600am jump iphone 6 128GB SG went from preorder to backorder status twice card charged and refunded twice!! CSR's had no helpful answers except constant apology and telling me how excited i must be to be receiving my new iphone ummmm ok! well enough was a enough called one more time to let them know i got my new apple iphone 6 leather case and the only thing missing was the phone so i cancelled my order walked in to a TMO store they had plenty of 128GB iphone 6 and 6+ asked why they have so many? He put it plain and simple and said a lot of the customers dont want to spend the money and in less then 20 mins i turned my iphone 5s in and walked out with the 6!! good luck to anyone else thats still waiting!!!

wait ... so people change their minds and return them to the stores? Or people just aren't buying them in the store because they are 'too much money' there are plenty of people that have spent the money and are waiting on receiving their phones.

my UPS status reverted back from in transit to ready for UPS
once again i only have a label created.. even tho this morning i already had a delivery date.

Same thing happened to me! My phone was in a city 15 minutes from where I live, and I just tried tracking and now it's back to "Order Processed: Ready for UPS"

Wtf? Maybe something with the UPS website?
 
Still no change for me today. Although I woke up to my order status changing from "Pending Shipping" to "BackOrder 09/27/2014 at 12:39:55 AM".

I still don't know if that is a good or bad thing. I was just so glad to see SOMETHING change. Until this morning there had been nothing changed since I ordered on 9/16.

yea maybe... hopefully they dont hold back our phones cause this pre order has been a nightmare
technically its only been a week since the release of the iPhone but it seems much longer

Yeah I mean I don't know why it would change.. It'll probably update to in transit soon I hope. It still says Monday delivery but idk why this is worrying me. That is true though, this process has been terrible.

Yeah my phone made it to like 10 min from my house this afternoon where it should still be sitting. But now my label shows nothing. It crashed the other evening too kept giving me red error try again later. Who knows.

my phone was nowhere near me it showed scan for departure but yea now nothing...
 
I wouldn't worry just yet guys. UPS is changing their website, they might be changing the terms for esch part of the delivery process or it could just be a glitch. I would not worry to much :)

thats what im thinking...probably they are running some updates or maintenance
 
I wish I could joke, but I'm out of jokes and I've not had it as bad as the 9-12ers. But when I read that post above by VATCHE, about canceling and buying one in stock in store. Among many things I tried that too, and, of course, I couldn't. Not until 1st order cancels, could take 2-3 days. Not sure why this is happening, I just wanted to buy the phone that was right there in the store, so frustrated. And then it was too late to cancel, already shipping, can't cancel.
If I can just get the phone, and then they credit me on my trade-in like they promised, but I have no trust in what they've told me. Just want this to be over..

I felt the same way and I must have hit a peak around Wednesday because I was snarling at everyone lol. You feel betrayed, angry and disbelieving and a little humiliated because this whole experience is messing up your life and it's all over a phone-right? Or maybe that's just me but it will work out. Someday. except for kohkane and destroyed and eekcat, etc the someday might take a lot longer to come.
 
I'm hoping for the best tomorrow. I'll be getting a 72 hour call on Monday so if nothing happens by then. I pray for the exec person who calls me for the check up. #

If absolutely nothing, can T-Mobile service reps/ Robolady pull up the order on their system and confirm that it is still good to go?

He ordered like 6 64gb+ and was charged twice... The least they could do was sent his phones right away tbh. That's like 5000$ and the dude was charged twice lol. It was right for them to bump his order, IMO at least.

I dunno - problem is that it demonstrates that they're able to see and change the priority of orders. Maybe they aren't as clueless as they say?
