I dunno - problem is that it demonstrates that they're able to see and change the priority of orders. Maybe they aren't as clueless as they say?
Of course they aren't as clueless as they say they are... They give scripted answers to 'calm the masses' and make you stay with them, even if it means paying your next bill. T-Mobile is a business first of all, they much rather bump gis order forward than lose $5000 (for respecting first come first serve) from a single customer plus all they pay monthly and most likely another few thousand dollars when the next iPhone is released. It's sad but that's how companies work. They know that even if they mess up we will all most likely stay with them and continue to give them our money.
Ps - Not defending t-mobile by the way... But truth is, that's how all big business work.
