Been following this thread for about a week now. Won't bore you with the whole story, but I used jump online and preordered a 16gb gold plus on the 14th. I'm not much for excuses and I don't like being given the run around. So I told t-mobile in every way possible (email, phone calls, etc.) that if they don't produce my phone by the end of next week I'm going to start holding people accountable. Meaning I'm leaving T-mobile and I'll just get a Note 4. I don't work on T-Mobile/Apple time. So if they can't produce I'll go to companies that can.

I hope that's the case. I'm just grabbing at straws now. There has been literally no movement in shipping since Friday. And it's not just T-Mobile. People that ordered from Apple.com, VZW, AT&T, and Sprint are all complaining about their shipments not moving all of a sudden.

My router was 'supposed' to arrive today but it's also in limbo all of a sudden. It is stuck in the "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" stage.

A more likely reason is that it rolled out to 22 more countries over the weekend. Apple still has the same number of phone made each day, only now they have to spread them out to more countries.

I want my phone!

Be sure to get a Note 4 with the problem gap between the screen and the frame. http://bgr.com/2014/09/29/galaxy-note-4-screen-separation-issue/

So my order finally shipped today, but the tracking number they gave me doesn't work. This is probably a stupid question, but does anybody know where to track a USPP tracking number?

Finally! It is big, but not as bad as I feared. I think it will take a little getting used to. I'm still rooting for everyone who's still waiting, especially those who pre-ordered that first weekend. Hope y'all get movement or at least some answers soon :D

When did you order?

my phone was finally delivered
restoring from an iTunes Backup

When did you order?

Aw man.

I dialed #875# for giggles. The screen said my order had shipped and my expected delivery date is 10/02, including a tracking number. Woot!! So I go to check UPS site, just to verify, and it's the damn router's tracking number they've given me, the very one that arrived this afternoon. ACK!

I Dialed That nunber & Said That Number Doesn't exist

Ug, I ordered 3 phones (iPhone 5c, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus) but my shipping confirmation email from T-Mobile only lists the first two phones.

Shipping weight is 2.9 pounds. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all 3 phones are in the package and not just 2 phones.

iPhone 6 Plus 64 GB, SG
Ordered 8:00 pm 9/12
Charged: 9/25
Shipping label: 9/29

I have a little bit of a different question...

I ordered an iPhone 6 for my wife online using the Jump upgrade option on 9/19. Her phone arrived on 9/25 and activated without issue.

However, there was no return shipping label included for returning her old iPhone 5c. This worries me, that it maybe did not go through as a Jump upgrade.

So I called and spoke to a CSR and they seemed really unsure of what to do. After waiting on hold for like 30 minutes, the guy finally told me to go online, go through the Trade In menu, put in the IMEI, and print a shipping label and do it as a trade in. He assured me if I did this they would pay off my EIP.

But when I went to do this, the Trade In amount given is like $205, and the balance on her EIP is over $400. I'm very nervous that if I do this, I'm going to get screwed. To top it off, I just got this month's bill asking for EIP payments on *both* of her phones.

Did anyone else have a similar situation doing a Jump online?

But he will still have a Note 4.;)

I hope t-mobile and apple gets their act together, but I'm not just gonna sit back and accept poor customer service. Whatever happens happens, but you're right about one thing. I'll have a Note 4 and you'll have whatever excuses t-mobile decides to give you.

Actually, the Note 4 "sold out" in Korea this past weekend selling 30,000 phones. The other 5 people that couldn't get a phone are probably saying the same thing that you are about Apple. Apple sold 10 million phones in the first weekend. If you want an iPhone 6 the wait is not too long. As for the iPhone 6+ apparently only 60% are good enough to send to customers. Samsung doesn't have the same quality standards as they are shipping phones with gaps.

In the meantime, I still have my iPhone 5S. Much better than any Samsung phone.

You guys with 9/12/13/14 orders are lucky....my 9/13 order got canceled by T-Mobile.... Now I sit with a 9/22 date with a -$200 credit when I really just want my phone.... And went get it until probably November

You only have to have paid off half the EIP to do a JUMP! upgrade, so that's surely why the payoff on hers is only $205.
