I saw a viideo on youtube on the bending issue, they had to use alot of force to bend it in the video, not sure what the deal is with pockets unless they are super tight pants on the person
I hear u there for that one lol, ive gone through 3 phones on my daughter in like 4 months.... the bratYes, they bend. So do other phones. I always take my phone out of my pocket before I sit down. I'm guessing super tight pockets as well. I tell my daughter not to sit down with her phone in her pocket, because if it breaks she's paying to fix it. Problem solved.
I never got an answer on that, only mysteriesly I got charged for the phone finally and told it would shi within the next few days.... kinda makes me wonderSomeone know why the backorder dates keep changing?

If you havent already done it I would email john.legere@t-mobile.com and let him know what has been going on with your order, one of his exec reps will most likely email you back and then have someone call you within 24 hours of the email, its what several of us have done.Mine has changed 4 times

My experience is that the TMobile store reps are useless unless you want to sign up for new service. EVERY other issue I've gone there to deal with I end up being sent home and told to call Customer Service. "Our systems aren't set up to do that, you'll have to call Customer Service and they can take care of it for you". I don't know if this is always true, but its what they tell people to make them go away so they can focus on selling new lines. I've had good service from the 800 number, but I really get frustrated over the idiots they have working in their stores...
I've had the same experience in T-Mobile stores.
Does anyone in the DFW area have a recommended T-Mobile store where the reps are actually helpful?
Exec still giving me BS responses. I give up. #

I was told by Apple store manager this weekend that they could do both new Jump! EIP sign-ups AND Jump! upgrades in the store.
I havent seen any new planes come in since saturday its like they all stoppedThere's also six planes incoming, odd how there's been a ton of planes coming in the past few days but little to no movement
Does this mean I'm back in the lead for "last 9/12 person to get a phone," especially since my order is going backwards?
