maybe they are just holding on to the phones and they are going to do a HUGE shipment soon

I saw a viideo on youtube on the bending issue, they had to use alot of force to bend it in the video, not sure what the deal is with pockets unless they are super tight pants on the person

Yes, they bend. So do other phones. I always take my phone out of my pocket before I sit down. I'm guessing super tight pockets as well. I tell my daughter not to sit down with her phone in her pocket, because if it breaks she's paying to fix it. Problem solved.

I hear u there for that one lol, ive gone through 3 phones on my daughter in like 4 months.... the brat

If you havent already done it I would email john.legere@t-mobile.com and let him know what has been going on with your order, one of his exec reps will most likely email you back and then have someone call you within 24 hours of the email, its what several of us have done.

I'm also going to harass them on Facebook all day until they respond to me. Everyone can see their response, so I imagine they'll be compelled to say something worthwhile instead of just giving me the runaround. And if they don't respond, I'll just message them again, and again, and again... LOL. I'm clearly getting very impatient now.

Well, I'll check in later but looks like nothing happened today really. Deadline for a lot of orders is tomorrow. I'm not waiting 72 hours again for a call. If I don't see movement tomorrow I'm emailing again.

Finally!

Finally! It is big, but not as bad as I feared. I think it will take a little getting used to. I'm still rooting for everyone who's still waiting, especially those who pre-ordered that first weekend. Hope y'all get movement or at least some answers soon :D

*Good* DFW-area T-Mobile store??

My experience is that the TMobile store reps are useless unless you want to sign up for new service. EVERY other issue I've gone there to deal with I end up being sent home and told to call Customer Service. "Our systems aren't set up to do that, you'll have to call Customer Service and they can take care of it for you". I don't know if this is always true, but its what they tell people to make them go away so they can focus on selling new lines. I've had good service from the 800 number, but I really get frustrated over the idiots they have working in their stores...

I've had the same experience in T-Mobile stores.

Does anyone in the DFW area have a recommended T-Mobile store where the reps are actually helpful?

Aw man.

I dialed #875# for giggles. The screen said my order had shipped and my expected delivery date is 10/02, including a tracking number. Woot!! So I go to check UPS site, just to verify, and it's the damn router's tracking number they've given me, the very one that arrived this afternoon. ACK!

Good to know. Thanks. The young woman in the store who set up my 7 lines was extremely helpful. The other workers in the store each time I have returned don't seem to want to do anything helpful.

I should just plan on handling all of my T-Mobile needs directly with customer service.

I was told by Apple store manager this weekend that they could do both new Jump! EIP sign-ups AND Jump! upgrades in the store.

Well that sucks, I did it through Tmobile. I had actually won an iPhone 6 from my work and they gave me an Apple gift card but I wanted a 6+ with more space. I ended up using the gift card for a external hard drive and some Christmas presents but I could have upgraded my wife and I both with 128 GB.

Goes to show you the big underlying problem for the big TMO, lack of communication.

There's also six planes incoming, odd how there's been a ton of planes coming in the past few days but little to no movement

Does this mean I'm back in the lead for "last 9/12 person to get a phone," especially since my order is going backwards?

I'm still here.

The lovely ERT called me this morning to report that nothing new is going on. This after she told me on Thursday that she would have to figure something out if I didn't receive my phone by Monday. I told her that the hold/charge has dropped off since I last talked to her so the process seems to be going backwards. She assured me that "it happens" and that she will call back in 3 days. I thanked her for her call and told her that I don't need a call back telling me that nothing is happening.
