My story is pretty similar, I was able to pre-order on 9/16 after the weekend fiasco. Except the ERT hasn't given a bill credit to me, I am probably not getting angry enough.
Order on the 23rd I just got my 16gb gold plus UPS just delivered it

UPS Tracking (not label) started working. CC was charged a long time ago and the charge dropped off, so that wasn't a reliable indicator. Tmobile didn't tell me it shipped till hours later, and kindly told me it was delivered while I read the delivery email on my 6+.

Well it seems I'm finally making progress in getting my phone. Last night my CC was charged, this morning I looked on UPS and saw a tracking label was created and just now my order status on my.t-mobile.com account was changed to shipped. The end is finally near! I cant wait to not have to constantly play with my wife's iPhone 6!

Got my 72 hour followup again. "Status hasn't changed"
"There's a shipping label"
"Yeah, so we do have a phone for you but don't know when it will actually go out, I will call you if that changes or again Monday if there are no changes by then."
