My story is pretty similar, I was able to pre-order on 9/16 after the weekend fiasco. Except the ERT hasn't given a bill credit to me, I am probably not getting angry enough.

In my case I never got angry I just asked them questions like "Well the explain to me why I pre ordered my phone to not receive it on launch day. That's the whole purpose of it, and yet here I am almost three weeks later without a phone"

You basically just have to tell them to cut the BS and be upfront. Usually that's when I got a credit, because that was the last resort they had.
 
whats the absolute first sign you are getting your phone? is it the CC charge, the UPS reference tracking, tmobile website status, or the robolady?

UPS Tracking (not label) started working. CC was charged a long time ago and the charge dropped off, so that wasn't a reliable indicator. Tmobile didn't tell me it shipped till hours later, and kindly told me it was delivered while I read the delivery email on my 6+.
 
Still waiting on my phone. I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus 128GB White/Silver on the 14th. Anybody have any information on that? I haven't even been charged yet :mad::mad: I was part of the '22nd-30th' crew..

I just got the 72 hour executive check in call on that exact phone, except my order was on the 12th, and nothing. She says she hasn't seen it go to anyone yet, the 128 silver plus just hasn't had it's big shipment yet.

Very frustrated. Every time she calls it takes me back into the super irritated why did I bother pre ordering mindset. There are barely any 12th orders still here. Now, all I can do is wait and have her tell me nothing has changed every 72 hours.
 
Long time lurker, first time poster, here is my story:

I placed my order on the 19th for a 6+ 16GB Gold, somehow that order didn't go thru. Placed a second order on the 22nd for a 6 Plus 16gb Gold this time thru Jump. The day after, I changed my mind and ordered a 6+ 64GB Gold with a rep from ERT with a new EIP since Jump! locked my IMEI.

My current status is that the order of the 16GB just got charged yesterday, no info on shipping, I'm just waiting for the 64GB to ship, since it won't be charged to my CC, since ERT rep said it will be billed on my monthly statement.

I only got $25.00 credit, didn't ask for it. ERT rep just bumped my shipping to overnight, but I guess that was standard.

I think given the time I placed my order, I still look at a good 2 more weeks...

So to be brief, no unicorns as of today, but I cant complain, compered to the ppl who actually pre-order it, I think my orders are moving right along. I feel for you guys...
 
Well it seems I'm finally making progress in getting my phone. Last night my CC was charged, this morning I looked on UPS and saw a tracking label was created and just now my order status on my.t-mobile.com account was changed to shipped. The end is finally near! I cant wait to not have to constantly play with my wife's iPhone 6! :)

Yes, my stuff just says order processing. I have gotten 3 ERT calls, first one the rep apologized and told me the phone will be there by this last Tuesday. Then I got a call on Tuesday (voicemail) and they told me that they will call me on friday but hey it looks like you got an iphone 6 already (wife's order) and if this order is a duplicate give us a call and I can cancel it for you. I sent another email to John and said that I don't appreciate people guessing or lying when they call and I sure as hell don't like when people don't read the file and suggest that the phone I have been waiting for is duplicate order; it makes me worried that someone is going to assume something. My third call was the ERT guy saying that the 72 hour calls will stop due to me asking for it... point completely missed by this guy but at least he left me his number and extension so I can go to him directly about it.

I should be getting a 72 hour call soon. Were you told that your shipping would be free? Because I was still charged. :confused:
