Got charges for shipping, but they initially credited me for the shipping, $24.99, then the second credit they issued was the cost of the phone, tax, AND the expedited shipping, so no real complaints. I have $228 worth of credit on my account :cool:

Yea I know. But all the execs keep telling me is the same 6 weeks bull crap and saying that it says being processed so it should be soon. Like wtf. Just expedite one to me already so you don't have to keep crediting me...... not that I don't like it. But I just want my phone now

If you want ammo to use against them I can give you my order number when I get my phone. Dunno if it'll help since i never got the chance to use the tactic, but it's worth a try.
 
Based on my experience, the order status on the T-Mobile website is way behind the actual status of the order. My router and my phone both show "Being Processed" even though my router arrived yesterday. Got charged for my phone yesterday but haven't seen any movement since. I imagine it's just going to magically appear sometime today or tomorrow.

lol T-Mo emailed me finally that my phone "Shipped"

email says carrier delivery estimate 10/2

UPS still shows only label created :p

depends, i think some people who got charged yesterday, got their label's pretty early & there for are getting them today


my label was created around 5am, so it missed the boat, but i'll be here tomorrow :cool:
 
Bad deal

9/19 Ordered 2 iPhone 6+ 64GB Gold, & 1 iPhone 5S 16 GB Gold.
Called 9/20 to change order on 2 phones. They said to wait instead of canceling because I would go to the back of the line.
9/29 Received the 3 phones. Called to exchange 1 iPhone 6+ 64GB Gold and 1 iPhone 5S 16 GB Gold for 1 iPhone 6 64GB Gold and 1 iPhone 6 64GB Silver.
They said they showed them in stock.
Today, it says they are backordered. Say it will be from 4-6 weeks.
So I'm paying for 3 NEW lines where I can't use 2 of them for 4-6 weeks.
On top of that, I called to get a cell spot, they transferred me to a special cell spot team, and the man said that I was qualified after asking me several questions. He said his computer was locked up so he was transferring me to someone that could complete the order. That woman came on, says it shows I have a good signal at my address, and that I'm not qualified to get one. One bar, 6 MB/S at best, and I'm not qualified. John Leguere's company is starting to stink for me.
I may as well return everything and keep Verizon. I haven't ported my numbers yet, so that looks like the best solution since I get good service with them.
 
I'm same as you, but ordered 4 days earlier. 6+ SG 64GB preordered as Jump! On 9/15 7:02 PM PST. No movement what so ever.

T-Mobile's customer service team makes me giggle. Just for fun I signed on to their online chat to ask about my order. She responds with "Currently device is on backordered status, the Apple iPhone 6 Plus Space Gray 64GB Shipping time (from the order date) is Up to 6 weeks. I just want to set your expectations." I responded with "Well can you explain to me why I got charged yesterday? It's my understanding that I wouldn't be charged until my device shipped." And she goes "What you are seeing is a pending charge."

Yeah... ok... I love how we know more on this thread than the CSRs. But just for the fun of it I'm going to forward the chat to the executive response team and see what they have to say.
 
I spoke to customer service at tmobile and they said that it was SHIPPED today but in regular ups ground NOT next day air so I was not upgraded to next day like many of you guys. However the email from tmobile says "estimated delivery. 10/2". I spoke to a supervisor and she said until 10/8 sucks.

I was under the impression anyone who ordered it before 9/19 was getting upgraded to next day air. And when I check the ups site it does say "next day air" I'm so confused
 
The reason why most normal CSRs don't know anything is because they work for a company called Sitel which provides outsourced call center services. They are given limited access and instructions on what they can and cannot do.

I would trust the ups shipping label before t-mos cs.

I would imagine... I work for contact center that just started outsourcing to Sitel as well. There supervisors are sometimes in their escalation chain. If UPS says next day, that is all that will matter.
