Bad deal
9/19 Ordered 2 iPhone 6+ 64GB Gold, & 1 iPhone 5S 16 GB Gold.
Called 9/20 to change order on 2 phones. They said to wait instead of canceling because I would go to the back of the line.
9/29 Received the 3 phones. Called to exchange 1 iPhone 6+ 64GB Gold and 1 iPhone 5S 16 GB Gold for 1 iPhone 6 64GB Gold and 1 iPhone 6 64GB Silver.
They said they showed them in stock.
Today, it says they are backordered. Say it will be from 4-6 weeks.
So I'm paying for 3 NEW lines where I can't use 2 of them for 4-6 weeks.
On top of that, I called to get a cell spot, they transferred me to a special cell spot team, and the man said that I was qualified after asking me several questions. He said his computer was locked up so he was transferring me to someone that could complete the order. That woman came on, says it shows I have a good signal at my address, and that I'm not qualified to get one. One bar, 6 MB/S at best, and I'm not qualified. John Leguere's company is starting to stink for me.
I may as well return everything and keep Verizon. I haven't ported my numbers yet, so that looks like the best solution since I get good service with them.
