Trying to be patient

I don't even have a pending on or before date as I have an error message in my shipping status that customer service promises is an error and my order is indeed being processed. I've never experienced frustration with a product like this before - no answers - not even a clue.

9/18 - Ordered, Signed EIP - 12 year customer, jump order
9/27 - Backordered
No CC charge, No text, No email
 
Read through the last 10+ pages on here and see mixed responses. About to order T-Mobile iPhone 6 Plus Space Gray 64 GB. Seems to be the most popular one. What are the wait times looking like now? I read on one of the posts it'll be November. I don't mind waiting, just curious.

What T-mobile seem to be saying is up to 6 weeks from the date with which you ordered.

Check here instead: https://explore.t-mobile.com/order-status On the regular T-Mobile screen, I get an error too but on the link, it works. Just need order number and zip code.

Also, contact the Executive Response Team and they can look into your order.
 
Thanks for the opinion. I don't mean to be rude but typically, people who actually know what the OnePlus One is do not share your viewpoint. Every tech journalist would find your statement entertaining :).

The OnePlusOne is nice from what I've seen, but its from a new company with no track record yet so the jury is still out on a lot of aspects. Even nice, its most definitely no iPhone. If that's what you really want then go for it and enjoy, but are you actually letting your impatience drive you to a purchase that you won't truly be happy with? In 3 months when all this is over and anyone can get a plus by walking into a store, are you still going to be ok with your decision or will there be this nagging regret in the back of your mind?
 
Had an expected ship date of yesterday, but the day came and went, and it didn't ship. Checked the order status page again this morning and the new expected ship date is 11/20. :mad: Certainly hope that's not true. Ordered 9/21, so coming up on 3 weeks here.
 
What sucks is that as we get closer to the China release date that will push delivery dates back.

Hopefully they are going to do a massive US shipment prior to that.
 
Nothing new here either. I thought there was supposed to be a hige shipment on 10/10? Guess not.

Nope. Nothing yet. I woke up to an email from T-Mobile. I thought it was an email saying my device has shipped, but it was a SURVEY...... :mad::mad:

Give it the worst marks you can. Tear them a new one in the comment section if there is one.
 
So I clicked on the link for the survey and it said I completed it already and thanks for the positive feedback? WTF! They're slick

That is the link that gives me the error message - telling me there is a problem and to call an 800 number, which I have. I have contacted the ERT as well as every exec at Tmobile, facebook and twitter. No one can give me any information other than backordered.

I really hope you hear some good news on your phone today. I'd like to hear something on mine, but I know I'm not going to. I was supposed to get a 72 hour follow up call from an ERT yesterday, but that never happened of course. Oh well.
 
Quick follow up on this.. I spoke to the rep who has been helping me and she felt so bad for everything that has been happening that she cancelled my order and re ordered.. then with her on the phone had me sign the eip and she said where she's located they have phones and she spoke to her team and they're going to ship them to me today ###

honestly I'll believe it when I see the phones
She's sending me a regular 6 64gb gold and a "unicorn"

well one more follow up on this.. it looks like she was telling the truth, she re did my orders on 10/8 and shipped the phones within 3 hours!:eek::eek: thats what i call great customer service! she did mention this was a completely different process she was doing for me since she was personally shipping them to me from where her company was located! and if i look up the status for the orders it says expected to ship on 11/19 or before :rolleyes::rolleyes: nonetheless my unicorn is on the way!! can't wait!:D:D:D

I asked my ERT about that yesterday and he said they can only do that if they have the phones in their offices where she was calling from. Unfortunately, his office had none.

Well.. it says tuesday lol but just being able to track it and knowing it's on its way makes the wait so much easier!
 
Baby Unicorn Delivered!

Welp guys this is the end of the road for me! My baby Unicorn has just been delivered and I'm on my way to go pick it up! (I live on campus. College Student) So excited! Ordered
Iphone 6 Plus 16 GB Space grey (Baby Unicorn) on October 2nd
Delivered today October 10th

Wish all you guys luck and hopefully you guys hear something soon SPECIALLY J2.
 
Still no luck for me. My 9/12 order of the silver plus 128 is just plain backordered, and the sg plus 128 I ordered yesterday has backordered with the checkmark, but says "pending shipping" in the order history spot, where my silver says a second "backordered." Does this mean anything? Or just that it hasn't updated?
 
So I ordered another 6+ 16gb gold on Tuesday and it already shipped yesterday and out for delivery today! :eek: Wow this is way faster than my first 2 preorders.

Yeah, they've actually got 6 Pluses in stock in the 16GB variety. It's the larger capacities that are way back ordered. I'm just gonna keep trying my luck at the Apple Stores. I'm not gonna wait till the end of November.
