The OnePlusOne is nice from what I've seen, but its from a new company with no track record yet so the jury is still out on a lot of aspects. Even nice, its most definitely no iPhone. If that's what you really want then go for it and enjoy, but are you actually letting your impatience drive you to a purchase that you won't truly be happy with? In 3 months when all this is over and anyone can get a plus by walking into a store, are you still going to be ok with your decision or will there be this nagging regret in the back of your mind?

Appreciate the unbiased viewpoint. Your points are super valid. I should probably say that I am currently without a fully functional phone since my Verizon contract ended 9/21/2014. I was originally told I would get my iPhone 6 Plus on launch day because I pre-ordered, then T-Mobile canceled my order (no fault of mine or my bank). After the ERT re-ordered for me on 9/24, I'm now estimated an 11/5 delivery almost two months after intial pre-order. Added to that, I'm moving out of state on 10/24... Hopefully you can at least understand my impatience and why I bought the OnePlus phone.

I'm in the exact same position as J2Funny, but time sensitive -- and I needed a phone 20 days ago. But as I've said, I haven't decided what to do with the 6 Plus pre-order. Is there a way I can forward a UPS package?? If that's the case, I can keep both the 6 Plus and my new Android phone.
 
well one more follow up on this.. it looks like she was telling the truth, she re did my orders on 10/8 and shipped the phones within 3 hours!:eek::eek: thats what i call great customer service! she did mention this was a completely different process she was doing for me since she was personally shipping them to me from where her company was located! and if i look up the status for the orders it says expected to ship on 11/19 or before :rolleyes::rolleyes: nonetheless my unicorn is on the way!! can't wait!:D:D:D

Across the board the 6+ will still take 1-6 weeks. Except for two varieties. the 6+ 128 in both SG and Gold. Now before you question this, I have talked to three different ERT's on the manor. They said that the two phones mentioned above will take 7-10 days. Guaranteed. This would be the time to change your order if you're going to do it.

So the 6+ 128gb in gold and space gray are easier to get? Can anyone confirm this?

I heard the same. And my ERT ordered a sg plus 128 for me, because we think it will get here before the silver I ordered on sept 12th. This was her offer, not my request.

Still says back ordered on the 18th. I emailed executiveresponse@t-mobile.com to figure out what is going on and I have gotten no response. I have talked to numerous entry level reps as well that seem to give me the same "up to 6 weeks BS". My question is how in the world are you guys getting thrugh to someone that seems to give a crap and getting months of credits. The best offer I was given for my wait was a $20 bill credit. You ordered on the 17th. There are people are still waiting from the 12th. Everyone wants to get their phone too. And trying to ask for credit sounds greedy. It's not only T-Mobile's fault on why people aren't receiving their phones. There's a short supply on the 6 Pluses. So we all just have to "try" to wait calmly for it to arrive. :D

I have a regular 6 gold 64gb and a 6+ 64gb space gray.. I originally ordered on the 20th but was cancelled 3 times.. the last time 2 days ago which is when the ert rep decided to just send them from her office

Tell me about it.. at first I kept getting the same copy and paste responses everyone else is getting, but she had the phones there and talked to her team and they agreed! The order she placed 2 days ago is still going through.. the only thing is they'll be sent to her to replace the ones she sent me so I wouldn't have to wait anymore.. I also got $150 credit.. that's good and all but getting the phone is better.. lol by the way I'm shocked they haven't done this for someone in your situation!

I didn't have to jump through any hoops, for whatever reason. I emailed John Legere directly and I got a call back that very afternoon from the ERT. She offered the credit, which was equal to one month's bill. Super friendly, much better than AT&T would have done.

Once you have a shipping label you can go to ups.com and change the delivery location. And I absolutely understand your frustration, especially with the cancelled order screw up...
 
Oh if you order just a 6 you could end up having it shipped the next day. Worse case 4-7 days. Doesn't seem like there having nearly as much problems with the 6 as they have had with the 6 plus

So all this time I could have ordered a 6 and it would come that soon?? Even the SG 64? I was waiting every day for that message on their buying page to go away ("product on backorder, shipping soon"or something along these lines.) When selecting the 128 or 16 GB configuration, that message goes away, but for all 64GBs it shows up. Anybody with a regular 6 64GB online order from the past week or so who can verify this?
 
Ordered on the 19 and still or says Oct 31. My 128 gb is sitting in the warehouse and the gold 64 gb backorder. They just won't ship it until both are available. All my excitement is gone. Damn its just a phone but the wait ia crazy.

It was been stuck on order procesing and ERT keep telling me it is backordered for up to 6 weeks.

I called today and the rep said that they just got updated shipping times. The phone I ordered is still showing up to 6 weeks backordered but the 128GB Space Grey model is shipping in 7-10 days. She said she supposed that Apple got a lot of orders for the 128gb Silver and are having a hard time catching up. I asked her if I could cancel my order for the 128GB silver and order the 128 SG model. She went ahead and canceled my order from the 19th and placed a new order for the 128GB Space Grey and said it will ship in 7-10 days. I had her check that ship time three times during the call and she kept confirming that was the case. Hopefully she is right. I'm also seeing others posting here that they were told the same thing today about the 7-10 day ship time on this model. So if you waiting for the 128 GB silver, you may want to consider calling and cancel to order the space grey. At least you know you when you will be getting it instead of the phatom up to 6 weeks timeframe.

Well I received my phone yesterday 6+ SG 16GB still trying to get use to it coming from the Note 3......I keep tapping the lower right hand corner to go back......lol

It took exactly 3 weeks for me to get my phone.......

If you haven't received your phone I really recommend you email John and stay on them about it....... My first order was canceled and my second order was showing cancelled called the executive and she straighten it out for me and got my phone

I was supposed to have someone from ERT to give me a follow-up but no one call. I mean if you say you would do something, honor it.
