T-Mobile.com preorder thread

I talked to my ERT yesterday morning and he signed off saying "Talk to you Monday."

Then that 800 number showed up yesterday evening about 5pm (no voicemail left) and then again at 3pm today. Now my mind is going insane.
 
About to place an order for either 128 GB or 16 GB Space Gray 6+ to get it faster. I don't wanna wait for my unicorn! Probably not gonna cancel the 64 GB order until the other one ships. Am I insane?

kinda like their pre-order notification email list. no emails about anything.
 
Someone from ERT just called and basically my estimated date haven't changed. When asked the question about orders fulfilling out of turn, she told me that that is based on

1) where the order was placed and
2) which warehouse got your order.

If the warehouse that gets your order has your device in stock, it will fulfill it regardless of order number overall. I would take it with a grain of salt but it does sorta explain how some orders have movement whilst others don't.

I called them out on that lie.. someone else called me back and told me everything is being shipped from one location. The UPS Hub. That they are holding back orders if you ordered more than one device on the same order but if not they just shipping out randomly. He couldn't tell me why that was happening and they were trying to fix the problem of orders being shipped out of sequence.

Sadly I'm still waiting on mine. and my call backs promised to update me on my order, at least they did ship one of my iphones on time..

It must be true then and random how they decide to ship them. I orderd my regular 6 on 10/1 and my last updated status was saying back ordered on 10/6. Got the email last weekend promising shipment on or before 10/10 yet nothing still. No credit card authorization or charge yet. I'll probably call them tomorrow. If nothing is moving soon I might just cancel and wait until December or whatever to try and get one from a store.

This makes total sense with the phone I ordered (6+ SG 128) on 10/4 and then got the email on 10/8 saying it would be here by 10/17.

Now if the Otterbox cases would just be ready!:)

The SG 128 6+ was a huge hit. We've been waiting for it since launch day 9/19 (still empty handed btw). It's only now that Apple is getting around to changing production to them. Hence why you'll see them pop up around now.

Status check says 10/17 for that model and ERT also promised me that timeframe.
 
New to the forum but long time watcher...

anyway, I ordered my 6+64 gig September 24th..With the rumors of the 128gig plus shipping between 7-10 business days I decided to call a tmobile and a csr confirmed this and I canceled my order and ordered the 12th if plus in space gray. With this cancelation, they will bill my down payment of 500 to my "T-Trouble" account, give me 40 dollars in credit and free expedited shipping.i had a fear of going to the back of the line but this was a nice trade off..hopefully 7 to 10 days is correc5!

Very odd - I ordered SG 128 6+ using Jump on 9/17 - was delivered on 9/23. Was expecting it sometime between Halloween and Thanksgiving.

PS - TMO site still says order is processing!!!
 
Android to iPhone

I am coming from a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to the iPhone 6+

I had a Note 4 preordered but after a internal struggle I decided against it and went and ordered my first iPhone. I ordered my iPhone 6+ 128GB in Space Grey from the neighborhood tmobile. I based my decision on how much I liked my iPad Air and how the experience has been with that and thought having a phone with the similar experience and works better with my tablet would be cool.
Ordered: October 6, 2014
Current Status: to ship on or before Oct 16, 2014

I had a UAG case ordered and that actually arrived today and I like it. I had a UAG case for my Note 3 and loved it, cool industrial look, light and tough.
I would recommend it to anyone looking for a case for their iPhone even though I haven't tried it with the new iPhone only my Note 3
 
for those who care, i just tried to place a 6+ 16gb gold online, it says <10 days shipping....

if only my 64GB can come now.....ordered on 9/17...ugh

At least it's my understanding that Apple are rotating the bulk of production on specific models and colors. It's not that they're only now just making 128gb SG 6+ for the first time ever, but it's back up in the rotation (based on demand) so supply will be better soon. BTW, this is my ASSumption and is based on the waves of specific models that have been delivered to people throughout this thread.

It kinda pisses me off (a little bitterness coming out, I'm afraid), that people who ordered just a few days ago will get it the same time as I will, who ordered almost a month ago.

Well no phone yet, BUT! my order changed status!

Does it means that I might get it soon!? I hope so! I believe this means that they tried to fulfill my order and they just couldn't get a phone for me in time... Hopefully I'll get a phone in the next batch coming in! Keeping my fingers crossed!!!:D
 
maybe it is my imagination, but the posts have seem to slowed on this thread. Hopefully it's a sign everyone is getting their new iPhone:D
