T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Wow that is really depressing, I just changed my order and feel like a moron. Jesus Christ I just want the phone.
 
Got a call back from ERT. They offered me a $60 credit to cover the taxes and shipping that I paid on my order. Still no word on when I might see my phone though.

Idk I just called and flipped out on the supervisor. He barely spoke clear English and says 7-10 business days but if you preorder you are not in tha shipping timeframe. Wth.

He also said it 7-10 business days for the 128 plus sg as soon as they get it in. They are deceiving people.

I ordered that specific device on the 19th and still no charge.
 
For those whose order got upgraded for overnight shipping, did you cancel the existing order and reorder? I called Cs and they told me in order to upgrade I had to do it that way? Is that true?

Same here. I checked the delivery status and it said mine went from back ordered on 9/29/2014 to backordered 10/10/2014 yet still,shows a delivery on or before 10/17/2014. I ordered the 64gb silver Plus as well on the 22nd. I had tried to pre-order from the 12th.

I ordered back on the 18th - I've never received an e-mail or text of any kind from T-Mobile and my status has never changed :(

I ordered a 6+ 64gb silver on the 28th and i have an expected delivery of 10/17. I also ordered a 6+ 64gb on the 23rd and it has an expected delivery date of 11/04. Ill be surprised if i get the silver next week...fingers crossed though.
 
If one buys unlocked T-Mobile phone from Apple Store at full price, can this be used on any carrier like ATT or Verizon?
 
with over 8 million pre-orders from China, it doesn't look like the supply is going to catch up to demand anytime soon.

I can't believe some of you cancelled your orders and reordered. No matter who says what, that puts you at the very back of the line and if anything, this thread has shown that there are people who ordered 64GB 6+ and 128GB+ and we're waiting a month already. Sorry guys.

Well I didn't cancel mine but pre-ordered through Apple 10 days after and Apple have mine estimated way before T-Mobile

I called apple customer service, they said the phone is a no contract t-mobile phone and it is still locked to t-mobile. Not sure what to do.
We have until Jan 2015 to return though...
 
6+ 64gb

I ordered my 6+ 64GB Silver through a T-Mobile store using my Jump! on October 3rd. Received an e-mail same day to e-sign an EIP agreement and order confirmation. Phone was then back ordered on the 5th, showing an expected shipping date of Nov. 11th. On Oct. 9th expected ship date has changed to Oct. 17th.


So when am I really going to get my phone?

Anybody saw changes on their orders over the weekend? Let's keep the thread alive and the hope alive... Hopefully we'll get the phone by Friday, at least that's what I'm hoping for! (for us that pre-ordered):rolleyes:

No, I was hoping to see some kind of change this weekend since the 17th (China) is right around the corner.

Just waiting for T-Mobile to extend the wait time back to where it was ;) It was an expected ship date on or before 11/15/2014 then they shortened it about 1 month. :apple:

They better not! haha I have the same expected delivery date, but I'm waiting on a 6+ 64gb silver. Keep our fingers crossed!
