T-Mobile.com preorder thread

My order now does not show a delivery date. It'd just blank. It was 9/14, then 9/15, 9/16, now nothing.....anyone else have this?

Same boat as you.

Only difference is I used ground shipping--every time I've ever ordered from TMO it only takes 1 day to get to me once shipped.
 
We'll mine says backordered. Pending shipping. I don't have that backorder at "00:00" ordered Friday 5am. Delivery estimate 9/25, never change. More than likely Friday.

I can only WISH my online order status showed this

I get a system error when checking. But a phone call states on backorder...

My interpretation is that's a good sign. The backordered STATUS doesn't mean anything as we've all determined - it's just the term T-Mobile use when the unit isn't physically in stock.

However, having a Backordered time-stamp next to your Pending Shipping time-stamp means you've most likely missed the first order batch

Well isn't he the only one with 0:00 time stamp?

This would make my week. I don't have a back order time stamp.

If your status is simply showing Backordered, but it doesn't say "Backordered at...", then you're in the Manziel camp, and will get your phones on time! (I could just be talking cr*p though!)

It's one more day 9/23 now (it's been climbing 1 day at a time lol)

Yeah, I don't have a back ordered time stamp either. It shows backordered and pending shipment time stamp, no backordered time stamp.
 
I'm a Business Customer and ordered mine on 9/12 2:45am EST. Business Care has 24 hour customer care, so I called and managed to snag one in less than 5 minutes, 15 minutes before the official launch.

My order date + back ordered show 9/12. I added Next Day shipping as well.
