Ok this is the weirdest thing ever. I must have only spoken to a regular CS rep because I literally just got an email saying my phone has shipped (128 GB SG 6 Plus) complete with UPS tracking number? So maybe it really is happening?

BTW, what is an ERT?

Hahaha! Same thing literally happened to me. As I was getting fired up to talk to my ERT (Executive Response Team) I got an email saying it was shipped. Not only was it shipped, but I checked tracking and its out for delivery today! Now I pray I don't get the special pre bent phone.....

For anyone wondering:

I ordered a SG 6 Plus 128 GB on 10/20. Got a call telling me it had been cancelled on 10/23. Got an email on 10/25 telling me it hadn't been cancelled.

Saw the charge for $296 on my card on 10/31, called to check if the order had shipped. Was told it wasn't shipping until 12/01 at the latest. Demanded an immediate refund and was offered a month of bill credit.

Got an email this morning saying my order had shipped, tracking number does not yet work.

If this is really happening then awesome, but this has been a weird experience overall.

Ordered on 9/20 instore using Jump. Finally got charged early Saturday morning. Got email this morning about 3am with the reciept of payment. No tracking number provided until about 30 minutes ago.

How in the hell have you not got your's yet? That boggles the mind! I hope ERT has taken care of you for your trouble.
 
Nope. Sorry to burst your bubble but I saw the same charge on my card yesterday but when I called to confirm they told me it was still backordered and wouldn't be shipping until December. They told me they would be refunding my card and giving me a bill credit for my first month.

I see the iPhone 6 Plus as being available for pickup from some Apple stores in my area today - my question is, as a new T-Mobile customer, is there any way I can order the phone for pickup through the site without paying the full price upfront? I didn't see an option on the site for that.

Unfortunately you have to pay it all up front. Unless you apply for the Barclay credit card then you can use that to pay it, thus allowing you to make payments. Otherwise all upfront
 
T-Mobile site says back ordered but ups has shipment and should be here by Friday

Congratulations! I too got the UPS Tracking number from T-Mobile. Looks like I will get it before the 11/9/2014 Order Status date I got from them. I called CS and was told I wouldn't get the phone till 11/18/2014! Looks like they have no idea. I even told them I got a temporary charge placed on my credit card.

How in the world do I get a hold of an ERT! I'm sure this has been answered before. Just can't find the info in this huge thread! Order process has been a mess from day one!
 
If T-Mobile charged my card for the down payment price of the phone, does that mean in shipped?

It depends. If it's the first charge on the card, and it says Pending, that's usually just a pre step. That pending charge finally disappears. Then, when the phone is is the shipping phase, your card will be charged. However, you will probably receive a receipt from T-Mobile by email on the charges for your order. Then the charge will appear on your card (probably a few hours later). With that emailed receipt from T-Mobile for the charges, it states that your order has shipped and it also includes a tracking number for UPS. Late that night, you will be able to find the number by entering the tracking number on the UPS site. When you receive the receipt with the tracking number, you won't be able to find it on the UPS site because a Shipping Label has been created, but it don't show in their system yet. When they pick up the package from T-Mobile that night, the number will show up. So far, it looks like T-Mobile has been shipping out everything by Next Day Saver.

Ordered an iPhone 6, 64gb, Gold, and an iPhone 6 64gb Silver on 9/30/14.
The Order status shows Shipping on or before 11/9 on Silver, and 11/11 on Gold.
Well, I received the receipt for the Charges from T-Mobile on 11/3 with a tracking number. UPS shows it's Out for Delivery today, 11/4.
 
Well ladies and gents, I finally have the 6+ in my hand... and it is GLORIOUS.

Just one thing: don't get the phone shipped to a store. T-Mobile store employees apparently lose all common sense when you do this.

I ordered on 9/19 (launch day) because the stores didn't have supply. When they tried to ship it to my house, I told them that was the reason I was trying to buy it in person... Because I live in an apartment building and I'll be damned if I let the most sought after version of the most popular phone sit in the foyer for 8 hours. So the store manager "got it approved" to be shipped to the store.

Fast forward to today, and I get the notification from UPS that the phone had been delivered. I walk down to the store, and the guy says he can't give it to me until it's been checked into inventory. What?!?? But it's not your phone to check in, it's MINE.

So I had to wait there for half an hour while he checked in all the inventory, only to give me my phone. Just another reason to be pissed off when my ERT calls me on Thursday for the final follow-up phone call.

BUT, all is well, as I have it in hand. J2Funny, and the others that ordered way back when --> it is well worth the wait.

I haven't used the camera yet or gotten the most out of the battery life, but it just feels awesome in-hand. I'm a 5'10" male with normal-sized hands, and it just feels good.

I agree with you on that. After holding a 6+ and then holding a 5 you won't want to back to anything with a screen smaller then 5in.

Apple needs to issue a statement, this is getting slightly obnoxious. I knew it was a popular device but S#!*!

Thanks for the response. My tracking info says UPS Ground - is that the same thing?
 
Well folks. My 64GB SG 6 arrived. Chose this over the 128GB (which would be here tomorrow). I literally CANNOT wait 1 more day. I took a day off just to wait on UPS. I will say this: it is well worth the wait.
To those still waiting, especially the preorder-ers. I wish you luck. Really hope you receive some news this week! I'm now going to see how far my BlackBerry can fly :)
