Thanks for the response. My tracking info says UPS Ground - is that the same thing?

Sorry to say, UPS Ground is about 5 Business Days depending on your distance from Kentucky. If you have an actual UPS Tracking Number and is says Ground........ it will be ground. However, if you have a Tracking Number, it will tell you on the UPS site when expected delivery will be. I thought that T-Mobile is sending all of the iPhones by Next Day Saver now.... even though you elect Ground when you order.

Good evening ladies and gents .. Any news , are phones finally shipping ? J2 do you finally have a phone ?

i got a free month billing from CSR Supervisor and to my understanding is that i won't be paying a bill until my phone ships out my date deadline date still is 11/10 without expecting to get it the only thing i did't get waived was the $290 i owe for the phone which i guess CSR supervisors don't have the authority to do except for ERT?.

Finally got my 64GB SG Plus this afternoon and its awesome! No bends, artic white crisp screen with no dead pixels and no blemishes or dust. I think it will take me a couple days to get used to the size, but my 5 already feels like a kids toy. I am a happy camper! Good luck to the rest of you guys that are still waiting. It was worth the wait!

From my understanding you'd still have to pay the down payment even if they did waive it. instead of having a no charge they'd just credit your account for what they owe you, which is the biggest down side. So either way you're paying for it but being refunded through your monthly bill. I was told my shipping was free but still was charged and will have it refunded through my monthly bill

Guess not. Oh well, I don't mind waiting a few extra days. I'm just glad it finally shipped!

With the exclusion of ziggy I completely agree with you. Tho for those that ordered more recently it may not apply to them tho, I got mine a little after 2 weeks after ordering mid October so who knows we could be wrong

I knew you wouldn't have to wait too long. Especially after we ordered around the same time #

Well folks. My 64GB SG 6 arrived. Chose this over the 128GB (which would be here tomorrow). I literally CANNOT wait 1 more day. I took a day off just to wait on UPS. I will say this: it is well worth the wait.
To those still waiting, especially the preorder-ers. I wish you luck. Really hope you receive some news this week! I'm now going to see how far my BlackBerry can fly :)

Mine got postponed to Thursday delivery! but I live up in MN, so maybe it takes longer to get way up north...

I ordered 2 phones on Sept 27th: a 64GB iPhone 6 and a 64GB iPhone 6+. Both are supposed to ship on Nov 8th. I know T-Mobile is slow compared to the other carriers - but they are still within the 6 weeks they quoted to me originally.

Looking for some advice. Local Apple Store had 6+ in stock for T-Mobile, in space gray no less. I was able to reserve the phone in store for my dad so he could pick it up via jump.

Here's the catch: he ordered one with T-Mobile, and like everyone else, it's back ordered and the dates get pushed back. He called to cancel it so he could use jump at the Apple Store. The first told him they couldn't. The second rep said it would take 48+ hours to cancel. Apple is holding the phone until tomorrow.

I don't understand why cancellations take more than 5 minutes. With Verizon if I want to cancel something or an order it's done in minutes. Is there any way we can push them to force the cancellation through so he doesn't lose the phone? Thanks for any advice.

ERT just called to state my Silver 64GB + wouldn't be arrive until the 13th, two months after it's release. As a courtesy for having to wait nearly two months the guy on the line credited my account $150. I've already received the 128 Gold model I ordered so I'm pretty content with the credit.

Based on what has been mentioned in previous posts the reason why is cuz of jump. Jump locks in any upgrades you make and makes it hard to cancel. You're going to have to reach someone that knows how to cancel the order (csr, ert or a exec rep) not just put in a request to cancel it (that's that 48hr wait time you got). Once you find that someone it should take a matter of mins to cancel. If he didn't have jump he wouldn't have that much trouble. I know it's not much but I hope it helps :)

I appreciate any advice. Would you happen to have any idea how to reach those people or do we just play customer service roulette?

Sadly roulette is the game but if you're willing to do some research there are some numbers floating around to reach one of them on this forum. I would also recommend emailing them but that can be a longer process, usually 2-3days before receiving a response if you get one. I would just try to call and see if anyone can transfer you to someone that can cancel the order now not having to wait he 48hrs you were told earlier

I haven't seen any change in my order besides the date change from 12/08 to 11/13. its only been 8 days since my order but i would like some more updates to the status.

It took 4 days, and talking to a CSR to get my original order cancelled...he told me since so many people cancelled their order to get the Gold 6+ 128gb that was shipping faster, they now have an 8 day backlog on order cancellations...if you can get a CSR to call you, they can cancel it in 15 minutes...

I got them to call me by emailing executive responce

executiveresponce@t-mobile.com

and

john.legere@t-mobile.com

and

posting to John Legere on Twitter

and

posting my issues to the T-Mobile Facebook page

the post to the Facebook page seemed to get it done...

The down side to emailing is they only have till tomorrow to pickup their phone at the apple store. So that may not be fast enough :( :/
