I agree, there probably isn't enough time, but I would at least post the problem to the T-Mobile Facebook page, I didn't hear from anyone for days until I did that, then I got a call right away..could just be coincidence, but worth a shot ;)
 
My tour of duty here has come to an end

64GB SG Plus I ordered 9/19 arrived today. After finding a 128GB SG Plus in Apple Store Saturday I am set. Cancelled the 64GB SL ordered on 9/19 so hopefully that one makes it to someone soon.

I would like to say my time in this thread was fun but it's not good to lie :eek:
 
How do i can cancel an Order if my CC was already charge? I already bought a IPhone 6+ 128GB i have called my ERT no response back????

Was the phone shipped? Where did you order it at? I know when you order at the store they charge you a small portion of the down payment

Seems like you may have to take the long route to fix this issue. Which is having to wait for the phone to ship to you and then return it so you can get a refund. I'd call a csr or someone tonight and see if there is anything they can do.

The "Order Status" tool is not accurate..log into your "My T-Mobile", and check the status of your order.

I think what you will probably end up having to do is just refuse the shipment when it arrives.

Did you cancel the order with T-Mobile before your CC was charged?

Yeah, I'll still give it a shot anyway because anything helps. Last rep we spoke to said they raised it to escalation but I highly doubt that will make any difference. Thank you all for the information!

Pre-order 9/12 - reg 6 gold and 6 plus space gray (64gb)
Cancelled 9/15 (uh ok)
Reordered 9/15
Cancelled 9/20 (uh, I'm pissed)
Reorder in store that night (9/20)

6 reg, 5 days delivered, and over night shipping. Great for my lady.

The plus? 6 and half weeks later, will call at ups care Center (ie this Thursday) 11/6 (shipped)
Now I will say this, I've received 290$ in credits for this fiasco, and I highly doubt Verizon and att would ever lot me that! Ever. So T-Mobile is trying, thier system maybe screwed, but they are doing what they can

They escalated the cancellation of my original order too...15 minutes after I got off the phone with the CSR, the order was gone from the "Order Processing" area within the "My T-Mobile" and in the "View Account Activity" list, there was an entry showing the order was cancelled...

Hope they can get it done for you :)

From the time the hold was placed on the CC, it was about 20 hours for me before the status showed "shipped"...
 
well the order status just updated and now from 11/10 moved to 12/09 can't say i'm shocked can't say anything but truthfully disappointed but again i guess as long as i get free couple month billings it's worth my troubles never in 7 years have i ever gone so long without getting a shipment!

I think I am going to switch back to AT&T.

Unfortunately many on here did or still are facing the same issue. What you can do it try to get a csr or a ert to get your wife a loaner until her phone is delivered. That loaner would have to be a 16gb 6 but it would be something. All you gotta do is stress that your wife has a broken phone and that she absolutely needs one. Worst case they offer her another 5s until that phone comes in but either way it's better then feeling hopeless
 
So I refreshed my order status tonight and got some terrible news. I had two phones on order. One silver 6+ 128 GB and one gold 6+ 64GB. For the last 2-3 weeks the silver 128 was showing in stock and on hold in the warehouse until the gold 64 came in stock with a date of Nov 11. T Mobile wouldn't ship each phone separately so I was having to wait until the gold 64 came in stock before my silver 128 would ship. Well I refresh today and the silver 128 no longer says on hold in the warehouse! It now says Nov 25 for estimated ship date!! I'm so freaking mad that they aren't holding a phone anymore for me. I called them tonight but they don't know why it happened and didn't offer any help. I was going to just change my order to whatever colors they had that shipped soonest but the wife is set on the gold.

Has anyone had this happen before where they had a status of a phone being held but then it going away? To make matters worse when I was on the phone to T-Mobile I was checking Apple's stock on their store and saw they had both of mine in stock at the local Apple Store. But during the checkout phase one of them became no longer available and I couldn't get them there either. Oh well....I'm a new customer coming from ATT and this has been disappointing to say the least.

yeah it's tuff but atleast you still might get it in November while i'm stuck with a decemeber which would make it 2 and a half month wait for me.
 
I was happy to see that the Status Order tool didn't change the date of 11/10 delivery for my 10/15 order of a 64GB regular SG. Let's see what happens.

Every Friday I call my local T-Mobile store to see if they got any new stock. They initially had 128GB iPhones and after that, only 16GB. They never received any 64GBs. This year's iPhone launch has been quite something to be talked about for some time.

Did anyone else notice how the stock bar of the iStockNow checker site is high enough for the US that the bar color turned green? I was a little shocked at first, and then I thought that it must be that big shipment that some people were referring to.

If you were charged, your phone should ship soon. The order status tool still showed "still waiting for shipments from apple" after my phone shipped. Check your "MY T-Mobile" account..it should be more accurate...

I'm a new T-Mobile customer (switching from AT&T) and I am waiting on my phone (6+ SG 128 - ordered 10/4) and I just got a charge for $10.58 on my card from T-Mobile. Given that I don't actually have a T-Mobile phone or service at this point, any idea why they would be charging me?

With that amount, my guess would be maybe they charged you for the JUMP insurance? If you call them, and that is what it is for, they will credit your account...

You know...really at this point, they need to just give you a phone...no charge...

I am really surprised they haven't offered you an upgrade for the 128gb model??? The CSR told me they have no idea when the 64gb models will be in stock..I still think there is some manufacturing issue with the 64gb models (although, I am sure they were the most popular capacity)

I don't say this to rub salt in the wound, but my phone is expected by the end of the day tomorrow :)

That's good for you....Although I secretly hate you now.. HAHA. JK. But I'm going to just cancel my order because I don't want to keep waiting and waiting and stressing over this phone
