Same thing I was going to. I love Apple but they let me down

Exactly how I felt! Apple isn't what it used to be, if the richest company in world can't figure out supply and demand issue by now then I can not support them. The wait was too long which is bad for Apple because it made me think of the Note 4 and now I'm canceling my order and heading over to the Note 4
 
This is getting insanely out of hands. Ordered silver 6+ 64gb silver on 9/16. Got the wrong phone which was a regular 6. Ordered again on 9/20. No movement at all. It was suppose to ship on 11/01. Spoke with ERT last week on Thursday. He gave me a credit for my whole bill. Now it's changed to 11/13. My follow up call will be soon. I'm asking for my upgrade charges to be credited next. Seems like they're selling a pipe dream at this moment. Sony Xperia Z3 is looking better by each passing day
 
Got my phone monday and it has a battery issue, went to an apple store and they ran the diagnostic test and they said theres something up with the battery, after todays test of restoring the phone as new and all i do is light browsing and listen to podcast the battery only lasted 7 hours under light usage. Looks like another month of waiting.

I just looked at the Z3 and it does look good. I'm going to T-Mobile today to try it out

Got charged for both of my phones but only received tracking # for one of the order. (It is two separate order)
I hope they are shipping both of them!

Ordered 9/23 dates have gotten pushed back 4 times

I ordered 2 iPhone 6+ 128GB Gold and 64GB Grey. The 64GB seems to always be at least 1 week later than the other and that they must ship together since it is part of the same order. It went from
10/24 and 11/04
10/27 and 11/04
10/31 and 11/04
11/5 and 11/14
Now it says
11/13 and 11/14

I'm not sure what to make of it. I am hoping from those dates it will no longer be pushed back being past the 6 weeks. I'm tempted to go into the local Store because ordering online hasn't rendered much luck during Checkout.
Any thoughts or boost of confidence?
 
My date has been pushed back again!!!

Ordered 9/20

Dates were 10/18 11/04 11/10 and now 11/18

Wtf!!! Tmobile that's more than 6 weeks!!!

Its possible these phones coming in now are possible first batch phones and some will have faulty batteries, possibly more people have pluses with bad batteries and probably don't know or pay attention to be able to tell. But based on my usage i should be getting way more then i am now and even after a factory reset battery life is still bad.
 
Mine was delivered on Monday afternoon. I got a Silver 6, 128 GB as a substitute for the 64 GB I originally ordered. Along with $160 of bill credits along the way. I'm loving it so far. I'm really enjoying the Touch ID and the Health app that tracks my steps, distance, and stairs climbed. All pretty neat coming from a 5.
 
That's good for you....Although I secretly hate you now.. HAHA. JK. But I'm going to just cancel my order because I don't want to keep waiting and waiting and stressing over this phone

I actually feel guilty for getting my phone before you...I think you should hang on a bit longer since things seem to be moving now...

I actually had an ERT on the 3rd tell me my phone wouldn't ship for another 3 weeks! I don't understand why there is such conflicting information from TMO?!?!? :confused:

I think you should post your real name and city, state, and we can all attack the T-Mobile Facebook page & John Legere's Twitter with requests for you to get your phone!!!

My 64GB Unicorn was pushed back from 11/10 to 11/18
My 128GB Silver was pushed back 11/06 to 12/06!!!

WTF!!!!!

Well, after waiting since Sep 24 for my two Pluses and watching the dates keep slipping to the right, I walked in to the Apple Store here in town, well got there and hour before they opened and got in line, and I walked out with the two phones I was looking for. Got a Silver 6+ 128GB and a Gold 6+ 64 GB. I called T-Mobile when I left and canceled the original order. Good luck everyone.

Wow that's just terrible. I realize T-Mobile is completely at the mercy of Apple, but order glitches and over promising delivery date are just plain poor practice.

My wife's iPhone 5s dropping calls left and right, even when signal is high or on Wi-Fi calling (was working fine on AT&T), while my iPhone 6 is faring better. I ordered her iPhone 6 Plus on 9/26, but her phone's delivery date got pushed to 11/17 as well.

I contacted CSR to get a loaner of some sort, but nope they can't do that either. So until my wife receives her phone on November 17 (assuming that doesn't get pushed again), she will have to put up with random drop calls.

Did you pay full price for the phones? Or can you use JUMP?

I'm a new T-Mobile customer (switching from AT&T) and I am waiting on my phone (6+ SG 128 - ordered 10/4) and I just got a charge for $10.58 on my card from T-Mobile. Given that I don't actually have a T-Mobile phone or service at this point, any idea why they would be charging me?

I got excited thinking this my be a precursor of the phone shipping, but given that I bought the phone outright and the charge is only $10, this is just a mystery.

With that amount, my guess would be maybe they charged you for the JUMP insurance? If you call them, and that is what it is for, they will credit your account...

Well, I just got charged for the whole phone! No shipping information or anything, but they've hit me for the entire price, so hopefully it's shipping soon! I gotta figure out how to do that UPS reverse lookup thing and see if I can find any tracking info.

Just track by reference, enter your phone number without the dashes.
