good news on this side t mobile emailed me saying they shipped my phone!!! i got a tracking number just waiting for it to tell when it's coming however it dose say the shipping is grounding so it could take 5 days guessing i won't get the over night delivery.

Yeah this is very unprofessional of them. I am sorry for your wife that sucks. I'm switching from AT&T also but I'm starting to regret my decision. Some friends of mine that ordered after me on Verizon and AT&T both have their 6 plus' already. My iPhone 5 was stolen, so a friend let me borrower theirs until my plus gets shipped. It looks like she's going to have to keep waiting for me to return it back to her though. 🙁

It depends on how close you are to Louisville, Ky...I live in northern Ohio, so it was only 2 days for me. Well, actually it is here now, but I can't pick it up until after it has been logged in, in the morning...
You'll more then likely be closer to the 3-5 day wait. Sorry you gotta wait a few extra days but at least it's shipping.
to be honest I've waiting all this time an extra couple days is not gonna hurt like you said its finally shipping thats all that matters.
You could get overnight shipping. TMO emailed me early this morning as ground shipping but now UPS site says overnight shipping and it is arriving tomorrow.
I never got a call back from an ERT at TMO. I guess they don't call back within 72 hours if there's no update to your order.

Wow, I'm in a crappy situation.
I found a unicorn this afternoon at my local Apple store and I bought the phone. I'm currently a ATT customer hoping to switch over to Tmobile because they will pay ETF fees. However, when I called Tmobile to activate the phone, they said they will not pay the ETF because the Apple store is not an official Tmobile store and only phones purchased through official stores are eligible for the program. wtf...
Now I'm sitting here with an unopened 6+ 64gb space gray that I can't use and I have to wait another 2-3 weeks until Tmobile can send me another unicorn.
Should I email John about this?

I don't think John can even help with being able to use the Apple purchased phone with TMO & covering your EFT... 🙁

I don't get why they would care. I'm bringing my business to Tmobile and I found a way to get a Tmobile iPhone faster than they can send me one.
I ordered my phone on October 5th and the estimated ship date is November 16th.
Anyone in the Bay Area should keep checking with the Apple stores, as of this morning, they had Tmobile iphone 6+ at Burlingame, Palo Alto, and Los Gatos.
I did just this, and there's an easy solution.
I walked into my local T-Mobile store and said that my new phones had been backordered forever so I was giving up on them, and I brought with me three iPhones I'd bought from an Apple store an hour before.
They understood completely, cancelled my previous order, activated my new iPhones, and in order to maintain eligibility for the ETF payoff, they sold me three $30 Samsung phones. Not much of an extra cost for being able to early term three lines for "free".
I also traded in three iPhone 5s, and ended up with about $800 or so of credit on my account - I won't be paying a bill in quite a while... 🙂
Not sure what to do with these leftover $30 phones...
i just checked it UPS just says its in transit for now hoping i get overnight shipping to i guess by tonight it should tell me.

When I look at my shipment through ups tracking, the shipping type shows on the right edge of the page. Mine says UPS Ground...it should have an estimated delivery date somewhere at the top too...

It might just be that UPS hasn't actually received your phone yet. Does it show Origin Scan in the list, or does it just say, Order Processed: Ready for UPS?

I ordered a pair of 6 64GB silver on 10/12
I got a call this evening from an ERT after sending t-mobile an email and missed it. In the message the ERT said that my "regular 6 was ready" but they were still waiting on my 6+ to ship my order and that isn't expected until 11/17.
This makes no sense since I didn't even order a 6+ in the first place. I'm going to be frustrated if they screwed up and ordered the wrong phone. I feel like if that is the case they will have to cancel and then I will wait even longer...
I haven't got to call back yet, so maybe he just made a mistak
edit: I just checked the order status and it is showing that one of the phone's is a 6+ as well. Great...
