Wow that's just terrible. I realize T-Mobile is completely at the mercy of Apple, but order glitches and over promising delivery date are just plain poor practice.
My wife's iPhone 5s dropping calls left and right, even when signal is high or on Wi-Fi calling (was working fine on AT&T), while my iPhone 6 is faring better. I ordered her iPhone 6 Plus on 9/26, but her phone's delivery date got pushed to 11/17 as well.
I contacted CSR to get a loaner of some sort, but nope they can't do that either. So until my wife receives her phone on November 17 (assuming that doesn't get pushed again), she will have to put up with random drop calls.
Did you pay full price for the phones? Or can you use JUMP?
good news on this side t mobile emailed me saying they shipped my phone!!! i got a tracking number just waiting for it to tell when it's coming however it dose say the shipping is grounding so it could take 5 days guessing i won't get the over night delivery.
It depends on how close you are to Louisville, Ky...I live in northern Ohio, so it was only 2 days for me. Well, actually it is here now, but I can't pick it up until after it has been logged in, in the morning...

to be honest I've waiting all this time an extra couple days is not gonna hurt like you said its finally shipping thats all that matters.

I found a unicorn this afternoon at my local Apple store and I bought the phone. I'm currently a ATT customer hoping to switch over to Tmobile because they will pay ETF fees. However, when I called Tmobile to activate the phone, they said they will not pay the ETF because the Apple store is not an official Tmobile store and only phones purchased through official stores are eligible for the program. wtf...
Now I'm sitting here with an unopened 6+ 64gb space gray that I can't use and I have to wait another 2-3 weeks until Tmobile can send me another unicorn.
Should I email John about this?
I don't think John can even help with being able to use the Apple purchased phone with TMO & covering your EFT... 🙁

You could get overnight shipping. TMO emailed me early this morning as ground shipping but now UPS site says overnight shipping and it is arriving tomorrow.
i just checked it UPS just says its in transit for now hoping i get overnight shipping to i guess by tonight it should tell me.
When I look at my shipment through ups tracking, the shipping type shows on the right edge of the page. Mine says UPS Ground...it should have an estimated delivery date somewhere at the top too...
mine also says ground however the top just says check back later.
It might just be that UPS hasn't actually received your phone yet. Does it show Origin Scan in the list, or does it just say, Order Processed: Ready for UPS?
