UPS sucks! So my phone shipped on Monday and the arrival date was for today now I get something saying it will be next Monday. So I called UPS to see what was going on and come to find out they sent my phone on the wrong truck. I live on the west cost and they put it on a truck to Virginia. Then it got sent back to Kentucky and only yesterday it left their facilities from Kentucky again. UPS basically told me that it sucks to be me and there is nothing they can do. T-Mobile told me that they don't have control over the shipping as I would expect. So I guess I will be happy I have one being sent to me but it sucks I have to sit around another weekend without it

Oh gee...that does REALLY suck!!! :mad: I wonder why UPS couldn't just change the shipment to overnight for the inconvenience??? :(

J2Funny- have you asked your ERT (are they still calling you?) for an upgrade to the gold 128gb? my ERT created the order yesterday at 10:05 EST, and the phone is already available to pick up at UPS

Placed order 9/27... -.-

I thought I was the only one that placed the order for a 6+ and have yet to get it, but just found this thread. My CC got charged yesterday, and the T-Mobile reps told me I would be charged when the phone gets shipped. That being said, I have not received any type of shipping confirmation and I better get one soon. It's been so hard not to say "eff it" and go get a Note 4 or wait for the Nexus 6, but I should know better.
I've been so frustrated with this process! Yesterday, I wasted so much time and gas driving to the Apple Store which is 30mins away only to find out that I can only use my JUMP! upgrade at a T-Mobile store. This is completely contrary to what I was previously told. Well, I wish everyone good luck and hope you all get your phones soon!

Side Note: Launch day, I camped out ALL night outside of the Apple Store, around 6:30am they went down the line asking customers which phone they were getting. At around 6:40 they announce they no longer have any 6+ for T-Mobile. (which I think they didn't have any at all)
Of course, I was infuriated. Not only did I waste all that time, but even IF they did have some I wouldn't be able to use JUMP! (which a Apple customer service rep told me I would be able to do so). Anyhow, sorry for typing so much. Good day.
 
Cancelled my Tmobile online order 3 times with customer service. Guess what, I got confirmation that it has been shipped and my credit card has been charged. WTF. What are my options here? I have not yet received the phone and I do not want the phone.

i think your only option at this point is to refuse shipment. once it gets back to tmobile you will be refunded.
 
Until my ERT gets back from vacation I'm sitting on a Unicorn phone. Which was just lovely when i got my bill this month but i know everything will get straightened out when she gets back from vacation.

So J2Funny too bad I just cant send you this unopened unicorn directly.

I was charged last night also, i've hear anywhere from 12-24 hours for contact but I feel like it is charged when it's either shipped or getting ready to be shipped.

Update: Just received email of shipping confirmation from T-Mobile at 1:40 PM EST.

to anyone that got an order placed for a 128Gb phone with an ERT, how fast (or slow) did you get charged? I placed the order yesterday, picking up today but i havent been charged yet and there is also no pending charges
 
RMA'd it back to T-Mobile...Bad Screen!

Congratulations! I too got the UPS Tracking number from T-Mobile. Looks like I will get it before the 11/9/2014 Order Status date I got from them. I called CS and was told I wouldn't get the phone till 11/18/2014! Looks like they have no idea. I even told them I got a temporary charge placed on my credit card.

Just my luck...or maybe back QC on Apple's part. I got my phone and right off the line the upper right corner has a very dark corner and some LEDs that are not lit. So now it looks like it's to the back of the line again. CS said that is a 2-6 week backlog so it's not looking good. I don't have JUMP so I feel like I am out of luck. Anybody have any idea of who I can talk to to expedite the exchange?

You really should have gone to an Apple store for that, they have units in stock specifically for issues like this, no waiting.

The ert probably billed your charges to your account. I would ask when you speak to your ert again.. Just to avoid bill shock!... hope that helps

I don't think jump would of helped if you were hoping for a faster shipment. You should take it to a Apple Store and have them replace it. Even if you don't have insurance through apple you can still exchange a phone through them when it comes to defects on their end

thats what i was thinking.. i guess ill find out when they either
a. charge my card or
b. when i talk to Jason (ERT) on Monday
 
just checked the shipping on mine it's been stuck in chicago for 2 days :( tuesday just feels like forever!
