I have been following this thread for long. My first post though.

Has anyone who ordered in early October been charged? Also, has everyone who has been charged, got the tracking number?

I ordered on 10/10. And got charged today. Unicorn. Its too good to be true for me. Is there anyone who ordered around my date?

I ordered 64gb silver 6+ on 10/02 and was charged 11/06. I now have a tracking number. So sounds alright. :D
 
FINALLY after my initial order on 10/1 I got my tracking number for my 128GB 6 Plus in gold. The ride has finally ended.
 
So, my phone (6+, 128, SG) was supposed to be delivered today. I've been obsessively tracking all day. It wasn't here by the time I got home from work. I've been hitting refresh every few minutes.

At 6:40, I hit refresh and saw it had been delivered. I ran down to the lobby of my apartment building to find....nothing.

I check the delivery record from UPS and it says "met customer - a woman." As you can likely guess from the "DCMike" name, I am not a woman.

So, I am back at the beginning. I just had to put in ANOTHER order - this, they told me, is the only way they can get me a phone. I have to wait ANOTHER four weeks to get my phone. And 8-14 days to get refunded for the first one. This is total BS.

Is there any way someone in your building could have overheard you talking about getting your phone? Like a neighbor overheard your conversation through the walls, or door? I just think it is so coincidental that some one was standing in the lobby at exactly the moment when UPS delivered the package! What are the odds of that?!?

My other theory is the UPS guy never actually delivered the package ;)

I think UPS should have had to do an insurance payout, even though it wouldn't help you with getting a new phone, only with paying the EIP (assuming you have an EIP).

T-Mobile should have sent you out another phone right away..I don't think you should have the wait another 4 weeks for a replacement. I hope to h*ll they aren't sending you a refurbished phone!!! :mad:

I've been checking out this thread since I ordered my 64gig SG 6 on 10/30. I just got an email that it's being shipped, which surprised me, based on the wait times I've seen on here.

When I call 1-877-453-1304 or 611, I am immediately prompted to enter my number and when the automated voice asks why I am calling "9" does nothing. What am I doing wrong?
 
You have to email John Legere or the executive team and they will call you .. I'm on tapatalk right now so can't link you to the post but do a quick search on the thread and you will find them

Mine vanished about 2 weeks ago. But order is still up. Got charged last night for my 6 plus space gray 64gb ordered on 9/29. Still no email or tracking.

You'll need to email John Legere for the quickest response. I initially tried contacting the ERT but never got past the initial confirmation. I received a call from them a little under a week past emailing John. Here's his email: john.legere@t-mobile.com

Order placed on 9/20 I got charged Friday and recieved tracking Sunday

Says it will be here by 11/11

Such a long wait. I'm not like many of you excited as much anymore.

I suppose it will be different once I have it.

Still gotta wait till 11/14 since I'm traveling -___-

The customer service guy I spoke with was very understanding and told me I could have a gold 6+ 128 on Tuesday if I just wanted to switch colors. Have you tried looking throughout the day? Sometimes the driver doesn't mark the package as delivered until much later in their shift. I've gotten packages in the afternoon and they weren't mark delivered until much later. Also I can only assume you weren't the only one getting a package that day (unless it's a very small apartment complex). If you have the time, maybe just watch from 12PM to the time where you can see yourself...

Well I got charged on Friday night and last night ups emailed me with tracking for delivery tomorrow Monday. Ordered through tmobile website on 9-29-14 iPhone 6 Plus 64 GB space gray. And I am a jump customer.
 
Ordered 2 phones on 10-27. One SG 64gb iPhone 6 and one silver 64gb iPhone 6+. Got my shipping info email this morning with tracking number on my space grey. It says label was created on the 7th. My wife's plus is still on backorder.

I got charged on Friday as well and still haven't received an email or text. I tried calling and of course the CSR was not help. The tracking isn't showing up in UPS either. I tried entering my # in the reference field and nothing pop up.
 
So, tomorrow my original 9/19 6plus Silver order is arriving. On 10/30 I canceled it to get a gold 6plus which turned out to be a regular 6 -_-. I just gave up and said screw it, I'll stick with the regular 6 but now looks like I'll be getting the 6plus.

Does anyone know what will happen if I keep both phones? Will I have two EIPs? Or would I have to pay for one in full. I might just sell it to a friend at cost but not sure yet.

Did you get the tracking number yet?
I got charged on Friday too, but so far no tracking number, order still backordered, nothing shows up on UPS.

How long does it usually take from the CC charge to actual shipping?

I still love my phone! My only complaint: It makes my already too heavy purse feel even more heavy. I am really surprised how heavy this phone feels...

Anyone hear about the possibility of Apple doing a recall on the 6+'s? Something about bad flash memory?
