Do any of the other carriers iPhones work on T-Mobiles network?
Like if I bought a verizon version for full price would it work on TMo like the 5s did?

tmobile Germany:

6+, 64GB, Spacegrey

pre pre ordered (tmobile premier ticket): 09/09
preordered: 09/12

Delivery: Week 09/29 to 10/04

So I pre-ordered around 5:20am PDT on Friday. New customer. Have the "order placed" statud and I have a $1.00 hold from that morning and a pending charge for the downpayment. Still says order placed. I'm just hoping to have the damn thing some time this month!

I am done calling the incompetent staff at TMO. Clearly they don't know jack. But what I do know is UPS does not lie. Every time I have had a device ship from TMO my tracking number had my mobile number as the reference number. The link shown below (and no surprise even the link is inaccurate slightly) shows you how you can track your phone without the tracking number. Again, every device, that is three phones had the mobile as the reference # was trackable via. the phone number:

Don't use XXX-XXX-XXXX
Use XXXXXXXXXX

UPS
To track your order using the UPS website, follow these steps:

Open a web browser and go to the UPS Tracking website.
In the Shipment Reference text box, enter your 10-digit T-Mobile number in the following format: XXX-XXX-XXXX.
Note: For UPS tracking, please use the T-Mobile phone number that the upgrade or exchange was ordered for.
In the lower right corner of the Track by Reference screen, click Track.
Note: UPS tracking information is not made available until after the order has shipped. Allow 48 hours before tracking your order.

Calm down.

I, like so many others here, am anxious to get my hands on the new phone.

That said, if you take a look at the Verizon and ATT threads, they are having very similar issues with the number of pages in the thread being pretty close to here.

I think we are looking at delays on Apple's end. So give the folks at TMO a break. This is after all their first preorder experience.

Let's just be patient. I've been with them for 13 years and did an upgrade with many difficulties, so I'm in the same boat. The phone will get here soon enough.

UPS updated to show something

I looked at ups last night and it didn't result in anything. THis morning I saw this

This isn't their first. They did preorders for the 5s. People need to stop making excuses for T-Mobile. They messed this launch up big time. It's left me with a sore view of the company. If they some how fill all of the none Jump preorders placed on the 12th by launched day it will be a miracle.

I ordered on the 12th and nothing comes up for me. Is yours a jump order and which model did you order?

I ordered the 12th at 9 AM and yes I did do JUMP! I also ordered the 16 gig space grey.

Mine still preparing to shipping.
Bought in Apple Store
When: 9/12 about 4 am
Iphone 6 64gb gray
Delivery by: 9/19
Nothing in profile support page.
I received CC confirmation (by sms) in same day that I bought.

What do you think guys, is there a issue?

And the saga continues...

My orders were:
16GB Space Grey 6+ via Jump @ 2p EST on 12th
16GB White 6 via Jump @ 4p EST on 14th

Both orders went from delivery dates of the 19th to the 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd as of yesterday afternoon and now nothing at all. Both have been backordered immediately after order. No charges (although I had no down payment to pay for either).

I have no issues with not receiving my iPhone on the 19th, let alone the 23rd. I literally don't care. To me, I preordered so I could lock in my phone without having to worry or stand in line at some god forsaken T-Mobile retail store on the 19th. What drives me insane is the lack of information and logistics know how. How does no one not know anything over there? If I'm running logistics at T-Mo, I know I'm get XXXX amount of phones on this day and I have XXXX amount of preorders. That alone should get you a day or shipping locked in. You know when other shipments are coming so stagger out the remaining orders with adjusted delivery dates. Seriously, not that difficult.

I'm leaving my pre-order as is. Not canceling, not chatting with reps online or calling repeatedly. Regardless, T-Mo had better get it together.

There were NO PRE ORDERS LAST YEAR for iPhone 5S! You are correct about them having done pre orders before, but nothing on this scale. And if Verizon and ATT, which have done many, are having issues also, I'm not surprised TMO would be having the same issues.

exactly. This is the biggest step forward in new iphones since the 4 came out, people are clamoring for it and it's not like Apple isn't notorious for bottlenecks at launch. Especially when demand is this high. Tmo messed up the beginning for sure, I for one was very frustrated on Friday, but we still don't know what effect that's going to have on when people get their phones. We have no idea yet. Putting it ALL on them at this point isn't fair when carriers that have been launching iphones from the very beginning are having the same issues.
